We ordered 6 pieces of original recipe chicken yesterday and it was horrible. The chicken was dark brown in color and looked like it has been fried multiple times, it had no crispy coat at all. It was very unpleasant to eat. Thought we would never again order from kfc online again.
It’s hard to come across consistency when getting fast food. This KFC is the best KFC I have ever been to. Consistently they provide quality products and fantastic customer service. Can’t go wrong with this venue. Keep up the fantastic work!
SO disappointed, Iordered today online family meal and extra zingar sandwich and as usual the extra sandwich was missing(, Not a first time ,it happened 3 times before).Called the store and was told: sorry for that we will send it to you during 30_60 minutes and Nothing happened. Fries were not cooked properly, We made an online order customised because of the allergic needs but they didn’t bother to make it customised. Poor customer service.

Food and service is good but almost every other time they forget to bag an item. I have to check and count items before leaving the store.
Used to be my go-to KFC but in the past year the taste of the chicken has really gone downhill as reflected by other reviews here. The flavour of the original recipe chicken pieces are literally like drawing a lottery - most of the time it's so bland, there's absolutely no taste at all. Really disap
