Review Pizza Hut Victoria Park - Victoria Park

Cancelled my online order via text without reason given. Payment has been made. On hold now for 25 mins to ask why. Social media team do not respond either. Finally, the store manager says, "we had three orders, too many orders, had to cancel yours". THREE ORDERS!?!?!?! Look out, rush hour at Pizza Hut, how will they cope with three deliveries? If you can't manage that you're in the wrong business. One star because I can't give Zero.

Genuinely worst pizza I've ever had, ordered a deep pan got a cold horrible thin pizza that was like a bit of cardboard after waiting over an hour. When we phoned just got told they was to busy 👍🏼

Ordered online as soon as their site said they're open (11am) but I get to the store but no one is there and store is shut. Hope pizza is as good as always.

Pretty basic. Good value for money though. Order was processed quickly and promptly with a minimal wait time.

Absolutely awful, will never go back, ordered thin and crispy we got thin and stodgy these guys need some serious training!!!

Dear me, the venue looks so shabby upon entering! And there’s always only one person up front when I go there. Food is served quickly and it has a good value for money however the ambience needs a lot of improvement

Well worth the calories!!. Having been in Australia for 8 years I cannot believe I snobbed Pizza hut for this long! Online order was easy as.. And they managed to deliver within the specified time (order made at 12.45pm for 1.15pm delivery), a big tick for efficient delivery if you asked me. The quality? See for yourself in photos- you be the judge. <br/><br/>The single meal deal I got was $25.95 which includes large pizza, a 1.5L drink and a side (you can choose between the 6-pack pie bites OR garlic bread). I chose the pie bites because it was only 891kj vs 2000+kj garlic bread. I'd rather consume more kj from pizza than sides :P <br/><br/>I will be ordering from these guys again for sure! Please keep up the good work :)
