Review Cold Rock - Victoria Point

I went to Cold Rock a few weeks ago and I was served by a lovely young girl who greeted and served me as soon as I entered. I explained to her that I am celiac and she was extremely accommodating and got me a fresh tub of ice-cream and sanitized all the equipment especially for me. This was by far the best my condition has been catered for in many years. I am beyond impressed with how well and efficiently my needs were met. Thank you, I will most definitely be returning.

Ordered "Sam's Rainbow Mix" and really thoroughly enjoyed it. Really friendly staff and you can obviously invent your own ice cream combinations. The options are endless. Highly recommended place for Ice Cream.

Been to cold rock @ victoria point, what a delight. Best customer service ever and always friendly. They go the extra mile to create even the most difficult order. The young ladies working there are a lovely ream. Great job I will certainly return with my family.

I had the most horrific experience here last night. Was ignored for ages despite only one other customer and three employees working. Finally was served, took my order and then told with absolute sass, attitude and disgust “our eftpos is broken so if you don’t have cash you can’t eat here” I’m pregnant and suffering severely with hyperemesis so for me to want to eat is a rare treat and all I wanted was cold rock. I left in tears. The way the girl spoke to me was appalling enough that two customers behind me apologized for her behavior! When I returned to the car crying my husband called the store and asked to speak to the manager, only to be told there is no manager, no one was in charge and no one to escalate a concern to. But told to tell them the problem and they’d let their manager know on Monday. I’m sure you can understand our lack of confidence in that occurring! Thankfully my husband is the best and drove me to Cleveland cold rock where they were lovely, friendly, accommodating and went out of their way to just be polite and friendly. From now on will drive the extra 10 minutes to just go there to avoid ever having to be spoken to and judged like I was by 3 teenage girls

Last night i ordered some icecream from Cold Rock Victoria Point, they respectfully told me that there efpos machine was broken. So i used the spare change i had in my wallet. The 3 young girls there were so polite and i appreciate them for their help and there amazing service

Customer service here is awful, was in line behind a lovely pregnant lady who was just trying to get some ice cream and have never seen such appaling behaviour from the young lady who served her. She was just plain rude. The woman who was served ended up being told she couldnt eat here because she didnt have cash, definitely could have been handled much much better. Im disgusted with this behaviour and had to watch this poor woman leave crying.

emily wilson This review is just so not true I walked in to cold rock last night and I was politely told that the efpos machine isn’t working then the girls kindly told me where the nearest ATM is. I came back and the efpos machine was still out and the girls were polity just letting people know they were only taking cash. They let you know there was only cash at the moment and you yelled ‘I haven’t even been served yet’ you then rolled your eyes and left with no tears in your eyes. A few minutes later i saw one of the girls answer the phone after the phone call she went outside and you could tell she was stressed and upset so after I was served my ice cream I asked the girl if she was okay and it turns out your husband called cold rock just screaming calling all the girls the c word and f*ckwits. This behaviour is not and will never be appropriate it is beyond rude to be calling young teenage girls this who are just trying to do there job. That whole night everyone else got icecream so there was no issue.

A clean little place with seating outside. It is in the midst of a variety of shops and eating venues making it a great dessert option following a meal. The one employee was a friendly young girl who was efficient and happy to help.
