Review Vincentia Chinese Restaurant - Vincentia

Food was terrible, service was lazy…. Awful experience. My table of 7 didn’t even get through their meals, 4 of which are Asian. Everything we ordered was terrible, the steamed dumplings were crusty and served with tomato sauce and orange and the green curry looked like green gravy… disgusting

Ordered Chicken and ham roll at $18 and a special fried rice. Chicken and ham rolls were the worst I’ve ever eaten. Fatty processed mince type substance. Special fried rice was tasteless. Consisted of chicken, frozen prawns small ham pieces and pineapple(????). Had NO taste at al, and prawns were watery and the mist horrible consistency in your mouth. The whole lot inedible.

I have never had a meal that has upset and disappointed me more than that which I had here. I was very hungry and went out to eat w my friends and was let down harder than i ever have been by food. One bite of the awful green curry and that was it for me. Sickening texture and flavour - the meat and the curry. My day is ruined

My family and I ordered $80 worth of take away 3 nights ago. I can honestly say that it was the worst food that we have ever tried to eat in our entire lives. The San Chow bow that I ordered was just awful and was not even served with lettuce cups, my Husbands ham and chicken rolls were so bad that he didn't even attempt to eat them, I would not even let him feed them to our dog! I honestly do not know how your restaurant is still in business! It's taken me 3 days after throwing up after dinner on the night in question to get over that terrible meal to write this review, consider seriously about getting a new chef.. We'll NEVER be back.

We got take away and for $80 our food was bland and below what we would of expected for that price. They used to be so good but that meal had completely turned us off, we were both so disappointed with the flavour and quality. Never ever again!! If I could give 0 stars I would.

I’ve just ordered 101.30$ worth of food, from here and let me just say I wasn’t impressed with the food at all, I thought ordering from a Chinese restaurant the fried rice would atleast be half decent considering it’s the main food at the restaurant. The rice would of been better from the fields it came from then from the restaurant itself, I didn’t receive my prawn chips I was very disappointed with this, it’s been months since I last ordered from here hoping they would of bettered there good since the last time I ordered and boy I was wrong.. I would of been better ordering pizza.

Firstly I would like to say that the restaurants exterior look is absolutely amazing and it has an exquisite design, then proceeding into the interior was beautiful, i love the aspects that really make the restaurant a chinese restaurant especially the painting at the back of the room. The person to greet me was so nice and provided amazing service and was a houmous person, the little chubby chinese boy was exceptionally nice with his cute chubby cheeks and grand smile, just lit up the whole experience even more. After the food was ordered the food came out with reasonable timing even during their busy time that we picked. Food looked amazing, everything was cooked to perfection and seemingly made with love and affection from the chefs. The taste of the food was just sensational melting in the mouth with every bite, everything was seasoned to perfection and just the whole experience was heavenly. When everything was finished up we sat around talking to each other, while everyone else was working with no annoyance of us staying at all. The whole experience was astounding and I would go there everyday if I could, I would recommend for all nights out where the occasion is chill. Lastly, I didn't rate the restaurant a 5/5 because of the mexican looking chillies in the corner of room which offset the chinese vibe.

The place is located at Vincentia Shopping Village. Sweet and sour pork is delicious. Sweet and sour chicken fritter and crispy chicken with lemon sauce are pretty good but HongKong noddle is bad. Noodle is not egg noodle as described and very salty.
