The food was amazing. Service was excellent. Totally worth visiting for a fine quality meal.

First time visiting The Oakroom as a family member had recommended this place to us. My partner and I went there for my birthday dinner. The food was nice but not really worth the price we paid. Also it was very cramped and loud. Staff were nice and efficient. Won’t be visiting again due to the above.

Bonus points go to the layout and look of this place. Absolutely delicious food! Everything we ordered was advanced dishes and we waited less than average for our meals to arrive. The waitress was lovely and very accommodating.

Last minute celebration and it was excellent. Service was well timed and attentive matched by fabulous meals. The was a wide range of dishes on offer with something for everyone. Thanks for a great night.

What a surprising place. From the outside, the attached hotel looks a bit soulless but once inside the restaurant, that all changes. Fabulous food. We had thai fritters to start and then chicken and lamb. Both exceptional. Great wines to match too. The blueberry frangipane tart was something out of a Parisian bakery. Go.

The atmosphere is beautiful, staff is gorgeous and the food is delicious. I really love to come here for dinner, is always more than a pleasant experience, really well done!

The oakroom was a lovely experience with very well trained and lovely staff we had paige as our waitress and she done a lovely job! The food was exceptional and perfectly cooked to my liking! The whole experience was wonderful

Me and my wife had tea here after all the raving about around wagga I was very dissapointed Everything lack flavour We had pork bell and spring rolls for entree Pork bell was OK only it tasted like it had been microwave for 2 mins Crackling( everyone loves it ) no it was soft an chewy Spring rolls lack flavours it was like eating raw salad with no dressing For mains we had mix grill and risotto Risotto was pea and pancetta with broccolini More like alcoholic rice this one had flavour it tasted like a glass of wine I was scared I was going to blow over the limit on my way home Mix grill was OK Alittle on the burnt side but nice it just need a sauce to tie it together And if your going to cook wagu let it rest Alittle spoiled such I nice piece of meat So oak room lots of work needs doing before I come back

Didn't even know the place existed until I was suggested it by friends. First baby free night in 14months and the oak room didn't disappoint. One of the best meals I have ever had. And the service was amazing. Couldn't fault it. The staff should be so proud of themselves.

Arguably the best restaurant Wagga has to offer. Excellent menu, very attentive waiting staff and great ambience. The Oakroom also provides an excellent verandah socialising area with a cosmopoitan feel where you can order from the bar menu if this takes your fancy. Food is always great and the service is exceptional.

Absolutely love my experience here amazing food friendly staff highly recommend this place to anyone I will be back for more!!�

Excellent. Jaime is a master! Food is amazing. Certainly a shame we live 6 hours away as we would love to eat his food every night. Could not fault his brilliance at all. Everything is perfection at its best. The staff at the oakroom are great too. Just love staying there and eating perfection. Keep it up Jaime

Best restaurant in Wagga! The food is amazing, seriously the most delicious risotto I've ever had. Not to mention the service. I walk in and my favourite drink is already half made for me! I'd give ten star if I could.

Amazing food but by far the rudest staff I have ever come across in a restaurant. Overall the experience was dampened by their attitude.

I had the 'special' ribeye , the meat was obviously a cheap cut, full of fat and gristle, I couldn't eat parts of it, very disappointing

Went there tonight with my husband for our wedding anniversary! Our reservation wasn't til 8:30 but got there at 7:40 to have a few drinks and nibbles before hand! Our nibbles we ordered came out within 15 min and then when we were seated at 8:30 our mains and desserts were cooked delivered and eaten by 9:30! Amazing service from all the wait staff they were polite and courteous! Great job will be coming back for sure!!!!
