Review Il Corso - Wagga Wagga

Fi Shep
The pasta dishes were good, the veal scallopini was apparently cooked perfectly!! Would have been a much better night except for the loud table of people behind us who had piles of empty alcohol bottles. It’s a pity that the lady sitting us didn’t register that as a group with a young child and two elderly grandparents that this may not have been the best place and by the time we sat it was too difficult to get them all up moving again. I appreciate that’s not really a ‘fault’ but it does impact your dining out experience. When I got home I also realised that we had been overcharged $10 so that took another star off....

We were lucky to secure a table for dinner on a busy Saturday night, the owner was so helpful and runs a fantastic Italian restaurant. There are so many options on their menu and the wine selection was excellent too. The Lasagna was delicious and my partner had the pasta marinara which was also a generous portion with very fresh seafood. Couldn't fault the wait staff, we wouldn't hesitate to return to Wagga Wagga just to enjoy another great meal at Il Corso.

Excellent service Superb gnocchi, pizza and garlic bread. Prices reasonable and serving sizes generous (lunch tomorrow sorted) Overall a great experience. Make sure to book though - we were disappointed the first time

Fried gnocchi entree was great, served with aioli and home made tomato sauce. Pizzas were fresh and delicious. It was a nice breezy evening so we sat outside. Good drinks selection and friendly service. Loved to have tried a dessert, but we just could not eat any more! It was a very pleasant evening! Thank you

It was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary with great friends. We were well looked after by a particular lady who ensured everything was spot-on. And it was. The food was fantastically delicious, worthy of any capital city. But this was Wagga. Well done guys, a great evening!
