Review Trail Street Coffee Shop - Wagga Wagga

Monica Wylie
Such a busy cafe, which tells me it's a good one. Bit of a wait on drinks and food, but well worth it. Food was well presented, and the taste amazing!! Indoor and outdoor seating, only downside the chairs outside are more suitable for small people in the sense the chairs are narrow ..

Absolutely wonderful little coffee shop! The best customer service, the best value for money, and the most amazing dishes, also the coffee is one of the best in town! Pop in and try out their amazing menu!

Excellent place for a delicious breakfast. Great service, tasty food and good coffee. Will be coming back again!

I was absolutely blown away by how lovely this cafe was!! I don’t drink coffee but my hot chocolate and eggs Benedict were perfection. They had a basket of lap blankets for people in case they got cold and the staff were so friendly!

The best coffee in wagga and customer service to match. We are always greeted with a huge smile despite how busy they always are. We use the 'Skip' app to order ahead and the team is so friendly and helpful. Our favourite cafe!

Their choice of oat milk brand tastes terrible. Oatly, Califa Farms, almost any other brand rates better. Making oat milk is a patented process so all brands taste radically different, unlike cows milk. Also the spiced rice looked and tasted like someone threw some leftovers on my plate to make a dish. I have good memories of trail st, but no longer the same.

We order our beans and they are posted to us as we live near Goulburn. Easy ordering and prompt delivery for some of the best roasted beans we have bought in a long time. Thank you

Very nice coffee. Top quality food, just needs some seasoning.

Was told to stop by this place by former league great Mark Tookey, a wonderful inviting space, full of great art and photography, topped off by a full wall mural of the surrounding suburb. While wait times can be slightly longer than chain coffee shops, it's just a testimate to how good to coffee and food is here. Great place. Five Stars

At first sight one would think this a cute and lovely place to eat and enjoy great Wagga Wagga hospitality. However on closure inspection it appears that the staff here have as much personality and people kills as a burnt piece of toast. Closes at 4pm but don't try and get anything to eat after 2. Staff will just stare into space and tell you they are putting everything away. I've travelled the world and have never experienced such rude and socially inept staff in my life If there was a no star rating it belongs to the Trail Street Cafe. Looking at your ratings, nice to see family and friend boost your credibility because no genuine customer would. Not surprised if your doors close. Every one needs to be treated as a person. There are far better placed in Wagga Wagga. Don't settle for this arrogance.

Great place and coffee. One thing though was told to line up at the counter for a second coffee by the waitress when I asked her for one when she delivered my food. This would have involved letting my food get cold!

Arrived at the shop before 11 am breakfast menus still out read menu waited at counter to order clock in shop read 11.01 we were then told too late to order breakfast...so we went somewhere else where they were happy for the custom..never to return..tip..dont give customers breakfast menus if you dont plan to serve it!!

Great coffee & Green Chicken Curry was very nice. A great find by complete chance on a flying visit to Wagga Wagga. Well worth a drop in - I'd love to work my way through the menu here! ;)

Clearly the trendy hipster place in town resting on its laurels for those who don’t appreciate the garbage in a cup served by blessed bean. The shorthand of my review: The coffee is flawless, the service is shithouse. Just served by a female waitress and male barista who both need to take a bloody day off. Seriously crack a smile or get out from behind the counter. After going in this morning to have our coffees thrown across the bench for the third time this week, and after a solid grunting for daring to ask to buy a $26 500g (ridiculous) bag of beans, I accepted the angry shrug offered from the barista as he passed me my coffee and left. I’m glad to be heading home to pay my $5 for a cup of good coffee without the sass. To the snobs in town who want a nice coffee without the attitude, try the new cafe inside the hospital. They have better beans and a Linea!

Best coffee in wagga. The staff were great to deal with and the food is excellent. Located in a lovely street away from the hussle and bussle. Do yourself a favour and check it out.

Fantastic coffee and food in the beautiful tree lined streets of Wagga Wagga. Gets busy too - so not a secret!

The coffee is superb and lovely but the service is not. We can understand if the store is busy but when we come in there is only 3 of us at the counter, the waitress there didn't even say hello or crack a smile or even look at us and ask what we want to order, simply being ignored. Waiting time for the coffee is nearly 30 mins.

Just read you guys are keeping full penalty rates for your staff. Great job!

Well worth the wait this morning team - coffee was excellent and food was too - my husband said "best egg and bacon roll ever".

Reliable and excellent coffee for years. Cosy seating and friendly vibe. Really fresh and healthy menu with vegan options available. Salmon poke bowl is always great.

Got a coffee from here this morning. The girl who served me had as much personality as a potato . Not good for business. But coffee was excellent like always.

Decent coffee and food but the staff were disinterested and barely cracked a smile. I know it was early in a Friday morning, but it's no excuse for very average service. Also no highchair available. <br/>A bit pretentious (and IMO trying too hard) I don't think I'll be back.

On my recent and first trip to Wagga i was on the hunt for good coffee. The tap water in the town is horrific. At 9am on a Saturday morning i strolled down to the store for some breakfast as i had read great reviews. The coffee was exceptional however i did have to wait more than 15minutes. My breakfast eggs and burnt pieces of bacon was not great but i would still eat again in future. My advice - try to be more kind to the bacon guys.

35 minutes I waited for coffee. I come from the city and you wouldn't even wait 5-10 minutes, peak time in a decent coffee shop. When I questioned the time, the arrogant man responded with "you're on holidays aren't ya". Rude! A long wait for a powdered soy chai latte.

Cool little cafe in the back streets of wagga. Always a line up to order take aways but they move through them very quickly. You can also preorder with their app so your coffee is waiting! A bit disappointed that there were no gluten free options. It's pretty much a given that there needs to be a choice. I still recommend coming here as it has a nice vibe.
