Review Hungry Jack's Pty Ltd - Wagga Wagga

Order nos. 890 and 891 around 8 pm on 6/7/22 in the Wagga. Ordered Angry Whoppers and the only thing it did, due to its shoddy put together, lack of ingredients (yes we know lettuce is not always in the go) was make me angry. The remaining ingredients- well no tomato, spot the angry onion and jalapeño overload. They were a disgrace! I could not eat mine. It was sloppy, tasteless and quite frankly a huge disappointment. Yet full price was still charged. I myself will never patronise Hungry Jack’s again, ever!

Speed of service ok, the only down side is that one time you go there is no Soft drink, next time there no cups for drinks. Order and logistics to be able to supply customers with the proper service, needs to be looked into.

OK for a quick snack while traveling. Amenities were clean, but need updating and minor repairs. Staff friendly and efficient. Would eat there again.

If I could give it no stars I would. Ordered over $100 worth of food through menulog at about 6:45pm tonight, still hadn't received order by 8pm-called the store was told they were waiting on a driver and the order hasn't been made. Called the store again at 9pm was told to still wait for a driver then called again at 9:45 and was told to still wait. I told them to cancel the order and they couldn't find it even though they found it before. I asked if it had been picked up by a driver which they couldn't answer. They finally found the order after hanging up on me 4 times and was met with laughing in the background by staff (all we wanted was to cancel and refund). Poor staff attitude and very rude. After asking for a refund again because it had been almost 3 hours we were hung up on again...multiple times. Absolutely ridiculous.

Nothing to rave about. It was edible, but thrown together. Strange how the same burger you can get at any of these places is different and lifeless here. Staff attitudes were pretty ordinary as well. Restaurant was filthy

Not that busy but still slow. The person who served me forgot to give me cups then the wrong size and the wrong number. Half the drink dispensers were empty. Straws were hidden. They didn't call out the meal when it was ready.

Had 3 $3.00 meals. They were cold . We asked for a little extra Mayo and they were swamped with it. Toilet needed cleaning. Best thing was my cup of tea.

The best HJs I've ever been to is still in Casurina, NT. They might reach that standard one day however today is not that day. That being said, still better than McDonald's
