Review Breadcrock Bakery & Cafe - Wagga Wagga

I believe product knowledge of staff is lacking, and management 'care factor' has been shown as non existent. I specifically asked about the type of cream used in a besting filled donut and was told it tasted like fresh cream. I paid $5 and found the cream was mock cream (so I could not eat it). After writing to management and explaining the issue, the response was 'sorry you didn't like it'. The fact that I was given incorrect information because of poor staff training/knowledge was ignored. I was not offered a replacement product either. I'm not going to bother shopping here again.
