Review Thorne Street Cafe - Wagga Wagga

Wife insists this is the best B&E burger in Wagga. Cafe has a couple of dog friendly outdoor seating areas, one of them undercover in case of rain. We have been here often. Staff are always friendly and wait times have never been too long. There is a nice park just across the road with tables and playgrounds if you want more space for children or pets.

Very satisfying breakfast burger. Coffee’s on point & location is great opposite the park. Quite busy.

Lovely location and shop and cafe. The older female staff member was lovely and friendly and cafe at the back was warm and cosy. Our first visit today coffee was hot however our regular size cofees tasted a bit milky and my mocha was not very chocolatey tasting. Was also expensive 11 dollars something for 2 regular coffees.

Very cosey premises. Hearty home made pumpkin soup with crusty bread. Delicious. Could have been hotter. Odd arrangement of ordering in takeaway section but having to go outside again and around side of building to sit inside. Self serve water bottles and cutlery. Table service of the meal itself.

As busy as they were today, our drinks came out in less than 5 mins and food less than 10! Best Eggs Benedict I've ever had, brilliant, friendly service with a smile

Best Vegan Burger I have had in Aus, made with the most delicious mexican fritters and that delicious fresh slaw was awesome. Proper tea, too. Keep up the good work Guys & Gals.

The food was good but unfortunately I had encountered a rude staff. I had ordered soy chai latte, and I was served a chai that was really coffee (and I am sensitive to caffeine). Unfortunately I overheard the staff swear and all that about it and it left a sour taste with my dining experience there. The person who served me said I didn't say latte (and I did but I was wearing a mask at the time). I understand that there can be misunderstanding but there was no need to be rude about it. I did contact them to make a complaint when I got to my car as I didn't want to make a scene. They apologised but of course I didn't get my money back or acknowledgement when I went back there. I understand that the person who spoke to me did speak with that staff, but undoubtedly it left a bad taste with my experience there. Word of advice to the staff, customers can hear things. Food can be great but rudeness does turn people off.

Great service from the young team. We were greeted with a smile and offered suggestions! Our meals were served within ten minutes of ordering. They offered to keep a table out for us as we turned up later in the afternoon due to working in retail. The service, food and value for money is second to none. Parking is really easy. This is the place to go in Wagga! Thanks for your hospitality today we will be back!
