Review Mcdonalds Glenfield - Wagga Wagga

A huge Thankyou for amazing customer service to the young man in drive through bottom window, I had just finished work around 11:30pm and it was really pleasant to have a friendly interaction and so polite and quick with the order. So often people complain but more should be appreciative for the service. Thanks your doing a great job!!

How lovely to wait 15 minutes for a soft serve in a quiet joint. I very much enjoyed standing and waiting this long for the extreme effort and concentration it must take to create the artisan’s work for what is an 80 cent soft serve. The audience keenly watching my reaction to this great customer service did not fail to make me feel as if I were an animal being gaped at in a zoo. I wasn’t happy to see that the customers who ordered a grand total of two soft serves after me were not met with the same wait - the lengthy wait is all part of the experience, no? #imlovinit

One of the worse McDonald's around here. Tend to get things wrong fairly often, and has no separate McCafe counter. Usually worthwhile to drive the extra distance to the Edward St McDonald's instead.

I got home with my food and I notice my banana bread and bacon&egg McMuffin was missing so I rung the glenfield maccas and I told her I was missing it and she said come down so I did and I went to the window and her name is jemma a manager and she tried arguing over it also she put me to the waiting bay for like 5 minutes just for that and no cutlery or butter and it was kinda cold no good 🤷🏽‍♀️

This store needs managememt that leads by example. There are some really great staff there but unfortunately they are not being supported or mentored. Why let cars line up at drive thru only to be told their orders can't be taken.....put a sign out in the drive thru saying temporarily closed due to whatever the issue is..people will still get frustrated but at least staff aren't going to wear the brunt of it. I think management need to refresh themselves on good customer service. Today I watched customers walk away after trying to place their order and the screen had a message which read "takeaway orders only" yet 2 teenage girls not only sat there having there meal but changed tables and they were fully visible to staff. I can suffer having no sugar in my coffee, even having a McMuffin which is layered like the leaning tower of Pisa but not consistent bad management. Not my first bad customer service issue with this store but quite possibly my last.

Thereadd says 24 hour dine in take away. After travelling 16klm they were shut but just drive through. Had larger vehicle so couldn't go through. Unhelpfull manager female wouldn't take order for picking up at windows or wouldn't send out to vehicle. Load of rubbish. Different strokes for different folks.

Unexperience team leader don't know how to talk with customer very rude and racist and also don't know how to make coffee. Worst McDonald in town. 15 July 2022 Morning 9AM.
