Review The Loft Wagga - Wagga Wagga

Not a huge menu but the food was really good , I found the cocktails quite weak and the table service needs fine tuning , but oh my the atmosphere is amazing well decorated with a great vibe .

Great atmosphere. Service slow, took over 1 hour to get main meals from time of ordering. Attention to detail lacking, pork bites was supposed to be 6 pieces but only got 5. This was fixed when i returned meal to counter. Had to ask for cutlery and then 1 packet of cutlery was empty so had to go back and ask for more. Food was great when it came. Cocktails from the bar was also slow getting to the table.

Food and cocktails were great. My daughter's and I shared a number of small plates and partners had a main. Bit confused as to why we couldn't book a lounge area as it wasn't busy. Very enjoyable night.

It was average. Waited 45 minutes for a grazing platter, only to have our mains served very shortly after. The wait staff were confused and disorganised - being offered the wrong meals, twice. I would have expected table service for prices like that. The steak was good, salmon was good but the pork belly was dry. The atmosphere is good - we love the swanky dimlit room looking over the main street of Wagga. Overall it was an average experience and won't be raving about it.

First time at the Loft and it was great. My main meal (eye fillet) was cooked to perfection. The wife loved the cocktails that were to be had. The decor of the place made you feel like the had left Wagga and you were dining out in Melbourne.

Tried to enter to get a Whiskey sour and was met by an incompetent security guard blocking the door, and was only able to get in after about 3 times asking if they were still open/whether I could go in or not??? Because he didn't seem to grasp the concept that I understood that you needed to be seated, staff once I was inside were lovely but unfortunately that awkward mishap soured my first experience

Wagga's little hidden gem, fantastic menu, cocktails and a wide range of whiskeys - there's something for everyone

Nice decor but disappointing cocktails- watered down and lacking in flavour. Also could do with a change of music to suit the vibe more.

Gorgeous renovation & venue Although was advertised as attracting the mature crowd was full of kids sucking cocktails ... Live music good BUT then had tunes aimed at kids ! On leaving music downstairs was more suited Hope they get it right as its a nice spot that Wagga needs for over 30's �

Renovation was amazing. Felt very Melbourne. Food fantastic!! Thank you for having comfortable seating! Cocktails way too much ice, way too small and no where near enough alcohol in them for the $18 price tag!! That was the biggest let down. Staff very cold and robotic. But were great at clearing table when needed. Would defiantly return if the drinks are improved or the price lowered on them to make them worth the price.

This great new venue is exactly what Wagga needs - fantastic food, big selection of cocktails and spirits with a lively atmosphere. Sink into the plush sofas and enjoy the live music in the eclectic decor. It will be a huge success and well worth a visit!!

Good atmosphere and good food. Only problem was my cocktail was 80% ice which included a giant piece that made it really hard to drink.

I was there on Friday night with friends. Really like the renovations, drinks menu is good despite being a little expensive, the vinyl dj was excellent, so many good tunes and complemented the atmosphere perfectly. I'll be back next time he plays.

Amazing. Place looks stunning! The drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was incredible. Had a great experience!
