Review Sushi House - Wahroonga

The best sushi place I’ve ever been in Sydney! The place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly. And the food is amazing! They have many many options, including chicken, beef and pork, for those who don’t like fish. And many many options of fish too. The pictures are from the first time that I went there a few weeks ago. After that I went other times and I didn’t change my mind. Even when it’s a busy time, they are quite fast making the dishes, and it’s always very good. Also, it’s not expensive! Highly recommended!

Fresh and tasty food with generous portions. We have now ordered a couple of times and seen this consistently so will be doing it again. Teriyaki salmon had 3 chunky pieces. Picture below includes a piece of the soft shell crab that my son couldn't finish - he was too full.

come here weekly and the food is excellent. Such good value and so delicious. The sushi is always fresh and tasty. I eat a lot of japanese and sushi house is one of my favs 🥰😋

Good price and good location in wharoonga. Friendly staff, and quick serving. Not sushi train tho. Not fancy interior, simple like a food court. Fresh food and good portions. I recommend it! #sushihouse #wharoonga #placetoeat

We ordered a Sushi Sashimi Mix box which was supposed to have 6pc of Sushi, 6pc of Sashimi and 4pc of Mini Rolls. The sushi and sashimi was dry and the mini rolls were completely missing!!!

Good service and tasty food, they have gluten free soy sauce upon request, but I don't think the vinegar in the sushi rice is gluten free so they are not going really gluten friendly (didn't really have confidence from the staff about what the problem is). Good price and I think quite good service as well aside from the lack of knowledge around gluten. Definitely an option worth trying, there are a few sushi shops in the area close to the station.

used to come here for lunch all the time when i worked near by. the staff are so lovely and the sushi is the best!! so fresh and super yummy , also super affordable. and the lunch specials are great !!

Some nigiri and tobiko boat to add to our dinner. Picked up from the shop, fresh, tasty and a great price! There are no sushi shops in lockdown with their full sushi menu, I was so happy to find Sushi House did. Will be back again for sure!

I often pick up lunch from Sushi house for myself and my work colleagues. We keep going back because their food is great and is made with care, in a timely fashion. I have no hesitation in recommending them.

I ordered through Menulog, choosing a Bento box that cost $35.00 which I thought was quite a ripoff. I walked in the restaurant and said “pickup for [my name].” The stupid, brainless woman at the front of the store said “we don’t have.” I was shocked and mortified. I thought I just wasted my money for nothing. Then I said to her that I ordered a Bento box. She turned around and asked a man behind her who I think is the owner of the restaurant and he confirmed there was an order. She handed me the food with the Menulog bag and asked me to pay. I was bloody shocked again and said that I ALREADY PAID THROUGH MENULOG WITH MY CREDIT CARD. Then the man confirmed that I had already paid. The woman should be fired immediately. Very infuriating. Very disappointing service.
