BP Wallan Southbound is very lucky to have Lucky as a customer service representative. On our previous visit she was manning the kiosk by herself. I have never seen anyone work as efficiently. She was working between 2 tills to ensure nobody was waiting. She patiently activated 8 gift cards for us.
