The African girl, is completely rude, unprofessional, and deserves to be fired. She has no respect for anyone, and has the worst customer service ever. Why is she still there? So many people have had bad experiences with her working.

Burger was average.
Dined in and the guy at the counter said the dine in area was ready for us and it was really dirty fanta all over I booth seat and all tables looked like they had been wiped with oil from the deep fryer. Discusted
Had deep fried chicken burger ... NO flavour at all and bacon was tough as old boots . Last one I had was nice but this one Sucked, on a Wed afternoon no other customers in Drive thru so they probably gave me old food .
waiting times here are an absolute joke, told to park when i placed an order online and said i was at building before i left to avoid a big waiting time, not a single person in the store or drive through

The toilets in this restaurant were beyond filthy, no toilet paper and 1 toilet completely unusable, complained to staff and nothing happened whilst we were there, the tables floor and counters all filthy , the food cold and nothing like the advertised pictures , would never waste my money there aga
