Brought 3 piece tenders meal and got home to find tenders were cold.. not warm, not hot, cold. Rang and manager took my name so when I'm back in area I will receive 3 fresh tenders. Would of preferred to eat hot ones tonight. So my tip is check your food before you leave the drive through.

Delicious food, friendly service. Time to get food can be a little bit slow but worth the wait. I frequent this Red Rooster more now as they have the fried chicken which is quite similar to a Filipino fast food chain. This was originally only available the Charnwood chain.

Worst ever, and some of the service here takes a lot of beating. App did not provide a drive through option even though I was in the driveway. Operator couldn't see the app orders and suggested I reverse back and come inside. ( three cars already behind me. ) Gave order number and they had no acces

This place is just had a recent refurbishment and looks fresh. Some signature menus, menu is different to other take away giants and clearly tastes nice & different, expect busy times during peak hours.

Service can be pretty slow. The operator has a really thick accent which can be at times hard to understand. Another note esp to the operator, don't be offended if I only want a regular meal

Got a whole BBQ chicken through drive thru. The store is currently being refurbished so it is takeaway only and a bit of a mess, service times were pretty bad, visited at 9pm and it took quite a long time to be served and get food.

The worst Red Rooster I’ve ever had. The corn was burnt all around the circle. Chicken dry. No value for the food besides the $5 dollar cheesy nuggets, even then they weren’t that cheesy. A place I will never buy from again. Very disappointing.
