Review Drop Inn - Warnbro

Service good and very prompt but mixed feelings about the food. The entres were expensive at $16 for 3 fish tacos which put together was barely a mouthful of food. 6 wing pieces for $12 with chilli and a blue cheese sauce . The wings were tasteless but the sauces helped with flavour. However the chicken parmigiana for a mains was exceptionally good value and very tasty and the salt and pepper squid was one of the best I've had. Very tender and a generous serving. Overall a good experience and would come back again.

Tonight was the worst ever i have experience at warnbro tavern. My main meal came out 15 mins before starters and then everyone else meal came out 10 minutes after starters, My meal then was cold. Table serves was horrible, handing meals across people and handing meals to customers instead of placing meal in front. The food i can say was nice.

***WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE*** Recently moved to the area and thought we would try out the Warnboro Tavern…. BIG mistake….! Was asked for proof of double vaccination by the bar maid who wasn’t wearing a mask and joked about it. Ordered a Stella, was presented with a Pale Ale. When I told the bar maid she just yelled at the manager “this guy thinks the Stella is a pale ale”, and walks away, the manager then comes over and says “that’s Stella” and walks away. Little bit annoyed that they couldn’t have taken the time to actually try the beer on tap or offer me another. Will never return after this service experience. The venue itself looks like a prison and in desperate need of a makeover. Will never return or recommend…!

Decent place for after work drinks or a catch up with friends. Food that was delivered to other tables looked good and we may pay another visit to try for ourselves. Lots of regulars suggests good, consistent service.

Good food, friendly staff. Picked the wrong time I think because they were a bit busy and only had 1 woman running about getting the orders. She could have done with some help from the others. Very nice over all and happy to go again.

Visited the Tavern last week and was very impressed with the improvements that have been made. Excellent food and beverages with a friendly atmosphere and helpful and friendly staff. Had the steak and guinness pie and l have to say it was the best pie I have ever tasted.

Ordering from here tonight with one staff member taking orders for food. There has to be a better system on busy night. Waited over 20/25 mins to order food with a long line. It was faster ordering a drink. I think they're understaffed but improvements need to be made for food ordering.

Had lunch at the tavern today, ordered a steak from the seniors menu $20. Small serve of steak was rare (ordered medium), tough and sinewy. Chips were lovely. Won't bother again.
