Review Lena's Lakeside Cafe - Warners Bay

Beautiful service and lovely staff. The food and drinks feel wholesome and homely. Great spot to have breakfast or lunch.

In my long, and often arduous, wheelchairbound journey I have visited many restaurants, cafes, takeaways, bistros and other various food venues, and not have I ever recieved such great service as I did today. The staff at Lena's went above and beyond to ensure access was available, seating area was adequate and on top of such great service our meals were faultless! The menu is extensive, varied and has many dietry options available, this little Cafe in the middle of a busy street shines and eclipses all other options I've experienced in the lake macquarie area

My family and I turned up with 8 people and they couldn’t have been anymore accommodating and so friendly. Food was absolutely perfect, and the lovely man serving us went out of his way to make sure my granddaughters had everything they could need. Right down to little toy monkeys on their drinks IN takeaway cups. So considerate. We are from Victoria and were up their for my sons birthday who lives there. When we are back we will 100% be back there to eat. A++++++

Delicious food, friendly service. They always looked after my mother amazingly when she went. Nothing was too much for them. It's a pity there are only 5 stars to give.

We were visiting the area and literally stumbled into Lena's after exiting another cafe who advised we couldn't get lunch for another half hour. Lena's offers all-day breakfast AND all-day lunch. Escorted to our table by Vincenzo and wait staff arrived promptly with water and menus. The seafood crepe is worth a 2 hour drive specifically to dine there again - soon!

Firndly staff and just the perfect location facing the magnificent water of Lake Macquarie. The portion of the breakfast omlette was great and it was tasty. They have a gluten free options and vegan breakfast as well.

This is my fave cafe in Warner’s Bay for smooth, well roasted coffee. The staff are always delightful and usually have a tasty dairy free treat in the well stocked cakes display. Sitting outside is lovely, watching the lake and people waking by. I see lots of guests bring a little dog too and they have a bowl of water too.

Brekky this morning with my Mum. We have been coming here for years and the service is impeccable. Staff are always friendly and smiling. Food is amazing. A relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a conversation over a meal with a great view �

Beautiful location and first class service, we had a lovely seafood dish which was served without undue wait even though cafe was busy. Dish was just great... Only downside was looking forward to the carrot cake but found it tasted 'commercial' and I was expected more the homemade style... We will be back 😊😊😊

This was a great find...busy day but the service was quick & the staff very friendly. We enjoyed our meal and will be back.
