I bought 3 bags of general purpose cement. moisture was in the bag, the cement powder was all lumpy, could not use this for my screed. Don't buy gp cement from these guys.

Purchased turf. Long delay, understandable with bad weather but offered zero flexibility and sub-par customer service skills. They took an "our way or the highway" approach when trying to come up with collection plan. Long story short you have to take it in the next couple of days or wait another 5

I would not recommend shopping here after my poor experience. I asked the attendant how much soil I needed for pots and after calculating it he recommended 2 green bags. Turned out I only needed 3/4 of a bag. When I asked them to take back the other bag for a refund they charged me an additional $60

Love this place even just for the cafe which is the best place to eat in Warners Bay. The garden world is a bonus to an amazing cafe! Caters for GF too!

If you think the staff are rude you should meet the founder the owner. He hates everyone and believes Australia owns him for sending him to Vietnam. Funny how everyone came back poor except Lee!
