I ordered cold rock from menulog. And what got delivered to me was a tub of ice cream with the mix in just placed on top. You charged me over $10 for a novelty ice cream that you didn't even do your job. Very disappointed. If I could give no stars I would have for tonights effort.
Ordered a tub of ice cream from Menulog with about 8 mix ins. Once I received the order it only had 1 mix in throughout. Receipt I received had all the mix in on it so not sure what occurred. Tried to call 3 times to rectify the issue but each call rang out. This is the second time this has happened
Can to get icecream at 8:10, but was closed when the website said closed at 8:30

Great ice cream. reasonable prices. The guy working there was really nice.
Very very disappointing. Been there twice now 30 mins before closing time, with staff still in store and icecream still out. Both times staff have been rude and condescending when tried to enter the store. Very annoying and rude.
Love the ice cream and milkshakes. Keep up the good work and flavorsome. We even brought home ice-cream and it lasted two days.
