Usually very happy with subway Warragul. The new manager is very efficient but she’s always in that much of a rush she forgets what you asked for, almost never toasts the bread and cheese even though you’ve already told her. She needs to just ask 1 question at a time and do it rather then 3 or 4 and

Absolutely disgusting. The shop is filthy and not maintained. Multiple lights out. Very dirty all around. Couldn't get coffee as no baristas on which is ridiculous. Staff not wearing masks correctly. Will not be back.

This was beyond ridiculous. Called 17 times, no answer. All I got was the phone being disconnected and 10 minutes later when workers probably assumed we would give up they would reconnect the phone, answer then hang up. Not good enough. Horrible customer service, where not very Nice to my family. Not in a rude way but they had no idea what they where doing.

Foods fine but the service is unbelievably slow. Not sure how you can employ people at a fast food restaurant that don’t even attempt to work faster when there is a line out the door
