Review Espresso Warriors - Warrawong

Food was great and came out fast, service was friendly although possibly a bit understaffed, but I have to say that the beetroot hommus on the dish took me by surprise, as did the single solitary baby spinach leaf on my vegetarian meal. The kitchen staff obviously didn't go to the Masterchef school of plating... I'll still be back, though. Everyone can have a bad day, it tasted fine and not even the jokes of what it looked like put me off eating it all. :-D

The place presents itself as upmarket but the young employee was eating behind the counter and came over to take our order whilst still chewing her food. Then upon bringing our drinks she brought straws whilst handling them in her bare hands , considering that she was chewing/eating behind the counter we couldn't be sure her hands were clean. When the food came out she leaned over the table and handed my plate for me to pick up, should walk around the table. Food quality was good.Obviously training of staff is low priority. If you're going to charge upmarket, train your staff in basic hygiene and good table service.

The steak sandwich is only half a sandwich with the thinnest piece of minute steak, lettuce, onion a BBQ sauce.

Great food, coffee and service. Have been a few times and it’s always consistent. Today I had one of the tastiest chicken Caesar salad I’ve had in a long time. My husband’s “Hungry Warrior” breakfast was equally as good. Highly recommend grabbing a bite and coffee here when visiting Warrawong Plaza

Overwhelming prices for underwhelming food , spent a fortune for brunch and left hungry, disappointed and broke , while the manager did remove a charge from the bill after discussing its still made an impression and not a good one

Good service, nice food and reasonable prices in a quieter corner of the shopping centre. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

This is one of the nicer places to go in warrawong plaza. It has a unique and interesting menu and almond milk available for non-dairy drinkers. The inside is nice for sitting for a weekend lunch and there's a fairly decent cake selection. The covfefe was a bitter but came out quick enough. Staff are friendly and seats are comfortable.

After visiting the mount druitt store today I can say I won’t come back. I’ve been coming here since it opened and today was the last time. The table was dirty and was like someone poured a jug of water on it, so they cleaned it but there was still liquid on the floor. She took our order and the food came out, no consistency in the meals each time it’s something different and never together. My husbands meal always comes out first and by the time mine comes his finished. I received my meal and by this time 20min had passed and still no coffee which I ordered with the food. We finished our meal and as I was paying for the food we received my coffee came out 30min later. Poor service and getting worse, long wait times or inconsistency with the food. I was given a card for a free coffee For my next visit but sadly I won’t be returning. My advice is train your staff better and improve your customer service.

Pretty disappointing experience here. Ordered cheeseburger meal, chicken and avo burger meal and kids ham and cheese toastie. All meals were supposed to come with sweet potato chips but they only had two servings left, and no onion rings (the alternate side), so one of our meals came with 2 hash browns instead. This was at 1pm on a Sunday, so not particularly late. The kids ham and cheese toastie was supposed to come with fresh fruit and a poppa. No fresh fruit, and instead of a poppa it was freshly squeezed apple juice which is a really acquired taste so of course my daughter didn't like it. Also our burgers weren't burgers but were actually on big slices of sourdough. The burger meals didn't come with the dipping sauce for the chips listed on the menu. The food we did get was tasty but differed alot from what was on the menu.

Been to the Hornsby store twice both times a fairly busy Sunday round lunchtime with my young daughter (10) - she has had the Cookies and cream thickshake both times and I have my dbl skim Piccolo. On both occasions we have been pleasantly surprised by both the service and drinks. Have found my new local coffee shop in Hornsby.

Terrible shakes at Warringah Mall - not worth the $$. Do not recommend!! My 6yr old daughter was so disappointed that it didn't come with the "unicorn horn" (cone) as described on the menu. The zucchini fritters were ok, a little doughy but enjoyable.

My partner and ate at parramatta store today. We waited for about half an hour for them to only bring out my meal and get told that they were still waiting on my partners poached eggs, which then arrived 10 minutes later only to be missing 2 ingredients to what was advertised on the menu. The food was quite enjoyable but the wait and the service was below average.

After a few hiccups, I can not believe the lengths the staff went to, to ensure that I had an amazing birthday brunch! Catering for 30+ wouldn't of been easy and we definitely had a few demands, but the staff were always smiley even when they were clearly run off their feet. Food tasted and looked amazing.
