I highly recommend this place! Nobody makes better paella then my mum, but this comes very close to it. The staff here are so welcoming and extremely approachable and lovely. I will most definitely be coming back!!!
Great homemade Spanish food warm welcoming atmosphere cater for all dietry needs with no problem vegan gluten free or vego. The decor and food all colourful multicultural and authentic. Thankyou Blanca and Sujey for your welcoming and yummy food

First time here and I absolutely loved it !! The minute you walk in you feel relaxed . They were playing Spanish music which just adds to the beautiful ambience . Very clean and spacious dinning area with a great big bar for pre- dinner cocktails .. very impressive menu with lots of tapas .. We had the paella which was superb ... staff was very friendly too ... definitely gojng Back and would highly recommend this Spanish restaurant to anyone that loves and appreciates good cuisine .

Excellent restaurant just what the local area needed a great Tapas!! Beautiful staff very helpful and knowledgable .. Patatas Bravas were a win win for the kiddies and we indulged into a few of the recommended specials- some favourites were the marinated lamb, meatballs.. garlic and chilli prawns and the croquettes with jambon! We will be back :)
First time last night and absolutely loved it! The food was great and so tasty! I recommend having the paella.....so delicious! The churros was also really good although I'm a fan of cinnamon sugar and theirs comes with plain sugar. I'll definitely be going back and recommending Amona to family and friends.

Had dinner at Amona for the first time on Tuesday night, The service was brilliant as was the authentic food. Great Atmosphere. We definitely will be back to try the paella!
Would say the best 5 star restaurant in the entire Illawarra. Food is on point with flavour as well as the drink options they have for non-alcoholic drinkers. Atmosphere was sensational with calm and relaxing Spanish music. Staff were really friendly which enhanced my experience. Would definitely recommend and visit here again to try the whole menu.
The food was unreal and the coffee was fantastic. I’m from Canada so when I saw “Bear” in the name I had to check it out and I was not disappointed! Planning to come back for some late night tapas on the weekend.
Had breakfast here recently. Excellent service and good food. Good options for everyone. Accessible. Indoor and outdoor seating. My only complaint is that they had the big front windows open and the food went cold really quickly.
Excellent service. There were only two wait staff when we dined on a Saturday night but they did a wonderful job looking after our big crowd. Food is above average.

We read good things about this cafe/ tapas bar and decided to head there for a lazy Sunday lunch.
We arrived without a booking which for lunch is completely acceptable. We had no trouble getting a table and a very friendly waiter showed us to a table inside. There was a lot of people dining when we were there and the hard polished concrete floors meant that the volume got close to excessive a number of times. As far as ambiance goes the modern industrial decor is pleasant but the noise was a bit bothersome.
The menu is extensive and includes Spanish, Mexican and more traditional cafe/ bistro fare. We ordered three mains from the lunch cafe menu and a round of drinks.
The food was well prepared with fresh and flavourful ingredients. The serving sizes were adequate but a side of fries with a burger or a small salad with the mixed grill would have improved the value and enjoyment of the meal.
Overall what we had was good but not excellent. I would love to come back and try some dishes from the tapas selection as I think this is what this venue is known for.
In conclusion... I’ll be back to see what more this funky venue has to offer.
