After reading previous reviews we made a reservation for Wednesday which was completely unnecessary. It was quiet and only had a few tables occupied. The steaks we ordered were slightly over done - medium was requested but we received medium well. Disappointing to say the least. However, the cut was superb and the side seasonal vegetables were excellent. Promp and friendly service. Would come back again.
So far this is the best steak place I had in the adorable city Warrnambool ππ.. Apart from the flavours, the design of the plate was eye catching and the service by Dale and the other older gentleman was superb. They just need to be more proactive in promoting their place, otherwise thumbs up guys, well done :)
The BEST scotch fillet my partner EVER ate! He only eats steak when we go out so had high expectations for a Steakhouse and he was not disappointed. The steak was a very generous size and cooked to perfection (medium rare). The gorgonzola sauce was phenomenal! Obsessed with it now. The vegies were nice, particularly the potatoes, they were delicious. What impressed us also is they are the only place we've ever been that had hot english mustard and actually gave the right amount (other places dollop waaayyy too much). Gentleman that served us was very friendly, thank-you. The venue is simple (under the motel) but well worth the visit.
The best steaks we have had in a while. Very yummy food! Even the veg were yummy! Very friendly staff as well.
The restaurant doesn't look fancy but the food definitely is π spot on . Will definitely return when next in town π
Best meal we have ever had. Eye fillet steak. Surf and turf with vegetables. Steak was so tender. Even the vegetables are worth raving about. Service was excellent to top it off.
Best steak I have ever eaten! I had the rib eye fillet and was taken on a trip to the dishes they serve on master chef. I love coming here they are so consistent with their meals everytime.
