I had a fantastic experience today on the phone arranging a fresh hamper for a family member in isolation. The kind, professional and prompt service I received was amazing. And the hamper was delivered an hour later, despite it being a busy Saturday.
So thank-you to the two ladies who assisted me. I work in hospitality so I know how hard it can get (especially during the pandemic)! I'm looking forward to visiting when I make it down to the west.

Bought a pre-made Father’s Day hamper last minute yesterday, the ladies working at the counter were absolutely lovely and gave fantastic customer service. The hamper included a lovely variety of products and my dad was so happy to receive it! Looking at each individual product included it felt as though it had been specially personalized for him. Could not be happier!

Grateful for the convenience of having quality gourmet items right smack in Warrnambool CBD. Limited and curated selections means you can never go wrong with whatever's available. Tried out their soup, sandwiches and coffee all are well made. Had some dips, cheeses and fermented goods as well, everything just the right kind of surprising.
