Review Zambrero - Warrnambool

Its a good thing the food is delicious, even if they didn't have pork available. Bain-marie was in a disgusting state as you can see in the photos (alot worse in person) rice and beans all over the containers which made it look filthy. Also incredibly poor service from the female who served us but the male delivery driver was very happy to talk to the customers he was serving with a happy attitude.

Amazing to see mexican in Warrnambool, what is even more funny is seeing 2 of them. Well, this one was the one to be at. The food and staff were great. Clean - plenty of options and happy to mix them into your meal of choice. The drink selection was excellent and the toilet facilities were clean. Very happy we choose here for dinner. We will return next time we are in town.

Had a very bad experience today going into Zambs. I love getting this food and I think it’s absolutely delicious however today when I came in to get some food the girl that served me was extremely rude, and her whole head was covered in dandruff I could see all of it on top of her hair whilst she was making my burrito. She wasn’t wearing a hair net, which in my opinion she should have been with the amount of dandruff that I seen in her hair. I literally felt so sick after walking out that I didn’t even eat the burrito I just threw it straight into the bin and wasted $10. Won’t be coming back for a while after my experience.

Very unimpressed, we ordered two burritos & couldn’t even eat them due to the lettuce which had clearly not been washed properly (if at all). We could actually feel the dirt/grit in our mouths each time we took a bite & chewed. Ended up throwing them out. Waste of $30.00.

Came here as it was recommended during our online search. The staff member that served us does not seem to be bothered with her job. She speaks without volume and quickly just so that she can quickly get rid of us. The food quality is not as good as what most people have reviewed. They are not fresh and kept on the counter for some time. Would only get the food here if starving.

Food was fantastic. The reason why I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was price. I got a bowl for $12.40 and a lot of ingredients was extra. All they have to do is show the price of what is extra so you know in advance how much your order will be.

Omg I absolutely love zambreros one of my favourite if not my favourite take away food it's just a pity how expensive it is unable to get it as much as I use to � but the food itself is just delicious a burrito bowl or a black rice burrito or some chicken and corn quesadillas yum! if you have never had zambreros get onto it!

Amazing is all I can say. It is hard to find good Mexican food nowadays and this place has it down. The meat was so delicious and the black rice (never done this before) was so amazing. The customer service from the young fella was something you never come across anymore. He explained the offers, what we could do with orders and how much we can customise. Great job and next time I am in town, I will be coming back here

I usually love eating here but my experience last night was not great. I've never experienced someone being denied an advertised special. It would be understandable if it was a student special and proof was asked for, but it wasn't a student special and we were straight up denied and charged more. It was quite discriminating. I also ordered a chikito which ended up being half the size of my fist and smothered in sauce. I was still charged the full price. I could barely eat it because all I could taste was sauce. I even opened it up to try and get rid of some of the sauce because it was sickening. I couldn't finish it, and like I said it was half the size of my fist. Not a great experience and very off putting.

Good vibe to the place, food is amazing, customer service is fab, went through the menu and explained everything. Definitely recommend! �

Great place! Went there with a small group of friends and the staff were great, the dinning area was clean and very flash. Food tasted great and was filling, even a high chair there for my baby Almost similar style to a mexican subway!

First time diners at Zambrero. Had the Nachos (lamb), very tasty lunch. Could have done with a bit more salsa, but that's probably shop related. Anyway, we'll be back.

Pretty crap it's just a shit Mexican version of subway 12$ for a bland small burrito and a 10 minute wait in a short line Don't waste your money at this place go to Cactus Jam

Most staff were great one younger girl going cleaning up tobight was so rude and disrespectful. Food was stale and uninviting!

New favourite place to eat! Very friendly and bubbly staff. Highly recommend :)
