Review Subway - Warrnambool

My wife ordered a salad Bowl after she paid for it the staff said that they had no knife or fork for her too use . Shouldn't they made her aware off this when she ordered. Just money grabbing. 🤬🤬🤬

Went there to get the famiky a feed, 2 adylts and three kids under 12, $70 later! People are nice but service was slow, had one girl making all 5 of our subs while the others stood around. I understand there's more involved in creating a sub, definitely more ingredients then a then a burger for other chain restaurants. But it was a 15min journey. Just say, for the time and money spent we couod have got a whole lot more. Much like any other subway store, it all comes down to the people serving you behind the counter. Salads are always fresh here.

I don’t know if Anton is the owner or just the manager but it’s rare to get such excellent service from fast food chains. Pleasant beginning to our Warrnambool trip.

Very clean and food was very good .

Staff friendly .....i brought salad bowl with chicken.....wasnt happy with tghe amount of salad .....had to keep asking for more ..and still wasnt enough ..there were 2 peices of tomatoe ..and cucumber wasnt much spinach leaves about four keaves ... when buying a salad bowl would like it with plently if salad of w ast asked for .... please spare the salad when ask for a salad bowl thank u

Very stingy amounts of ingredients. Manager will actively intervene to reduce the amounts if he feels you are getting a single ounce more than you should.

Slow service ... not much filling/sparse salad on 6 inch subs compared to the footlongs being prepared at the same time. Sub burnt

Friendly staff, but the large salad was lucky to be half full
