Sushi rice is dry and rolls are mostly rice with little filling, and are sometimes smaller in size. What's most disappointing is they use long grain rice, not sushi grade. The Noodle Box used to have great quality sushi. However the noodles are amazing value for money and the ingredients are on display and always look vibrant. The owner is lovely, but I've had the wait staff member tear a strip off me for returning inedible rolls.

Need to staff properly… ordered online at 5:42pm and I sat in-store from 6pm until 7:16pm for my food! 2 staff on a busy Sunday night isn’t enough.

Food great, efficient staff on during mid week. Unfortunately order not complete when checked at home. Tried to contact on land line for 30 mins. Don’t advertise land line if you are not going to pick up or have a message service. Spoilt an otherwise lovely meal.

The noodles were great but the service was very slow. There was only 2 people working on a public holiday long weekend. They should have had more staff. But as normal the noodles were great

Has a gluten free menu where you choose your protein; rice/noodle; and sauce/flavour. I think the servings are too big though...I can't see many adults even finishing a small on their own; potential for wasted food. Great though if you can get it home to the fridge.

been really good the last 10 months or so. come here often :) (maybe 2-3 times ever 2 weeks) have never got my order wrong, sometimes a bit of a extra wait on busy night but thats because its worth the wait

Rubbery meat, I could barely eat a pinch of meat. I asked for satay and got noodles drenched in soy sauce. I did eat most of it (without the meat) but now I feel sick in the tummy. 🤢🤮
