Review Jean Jail Coffee Store - Warrnambool

I ordered a dress which turned out to be way too big on me. It was also pretty cheap looking. I wanted a refund but I was told I could only get a store credit. Not sure how this is even legal. Anyway, I bought another dress in a smaller size. This one fits me, but it is see through if you hold it up to the light and being a black dress, I wasn’t expecting this. They really do just look like Kmart quality clothing , with a $80 price tag. I really would avoid spending your hard earned money through this website, you will most likely be disappointed.

I never leave negative reviews however; I am highly disappointed in the help and also the products. I ordered a dress in my size and it looked like my little sisters very small and not an 8. I returned it for a store credit to buy another dress which was a lot different in colour than on the website and also to big. This was the same size as my first purchase. when asked to return it I was told it had to be within 30 days and no further help or assistance was given. I ordered a dress in a size 8 that is slightly to big, it also had the wrong described button on the product that was already coming off when I recieved it. I won't be ordering from here again with a bad experience. Upsetting on my behalf.

Great clothes in such good quality and amazing customer service. In NSW and had to return an item for another size and it was such a smooth process, got back to me straight away & all sorted. Wish I was closer to have a coffee!

This store has just moved to a new location in the same shopping complex and it is now beside beacon lighting. It is very new and looks great on the inside. There is also a Cafe attached. The clothes are somewhere in the medium price range for men, women and children. Some employees are a little snobby

I just received the shoes that I have ordered and was pleasantly surprised to see a lollipop and a custom note which was handwritten.
