3 years ago i came to Warrnambool from Brisbane. I bought the works hamburger and the only words my tastebuds could describe is angelic. The chips were yum also but by the time i finished the burger i was already full. I have tried to recreate this burger at home with no luck to what i experienced. I would pay $100 to know the recipe to that burger, but instead i have to drive 23 hours to experience that taste again.

Get our order only to be completely wrong . Call up to let them know so we go back to get what was missing. Only to come home and it's still completely wrong! How hard is it ?

Wish there was an option of no stars. Stood and waited for over an hour for an order that was put in at midday, for collection at 6.15. Got told by 4 people over the hour it was being cooked, to then be told it hadn't been started! No sorry, no refund, just a stingy $87 worth of soggy fish and chips. Not to mention the only 2 hours of family time we get for Easter becoming only a few minutes.
