Went last night (Friday) really friendly young man behind the counter. Was very polite and really accommodating to my three kids. Very nice ice cream. On the last visit I had chocolate chip and vanilla. Parking is easy. Easy access for disabled. And of course 2 scoops fills you up like a meal. Who invented icecream? They deserve a medal.

Haven’t been to a Baskin Robbins in years & now I feel like I’ve been missing out. We got the vertical sundae and it was the best. We were trying to pick flavours for sooo long and the girl helping us didn’t seem impatient about us asking to try flavours.

I went into the store yesterday and i saw an employee looking extremely distressed on the phone, to someone who was either a customer or a boss. Our go-to store closest to home with the best customer service. They let you try flavours before buying and you don't feel rushed at all. They have an opt-in text service where you can get deals, text your order for pick up. It's nice and feels like you are a valued customer.

Ice-Cream is always good so it can be hard to differentiate yourself as an ice-cream parlor. In this case the team at B&R differentiate themselves by providing top quality service... smiling and friendly. I love this place... probably a little more than I should.
