I had a fantastic experience at this store! Not only was the gelato I ordered absolutely delicious but the customer service was excellent. The store manager (Lisa) was very easy to talk to, super helpful and allowed me to try a bunch of flavours. Beautiful location, right up the road from the beach

Can’t put 0 star but the customer service was absolutely terrible. Girl with short hair really needs to be trained how to treat customers. This was my first time at Gelatissimo and I had a Chocolate Sorbet in a cone. It was absolutely delicious and the best part was that it was sugar free. I was served by a friendly and polite person and I would definitely be coming back here again.

I think the service was rude and low, but i guess the gelatos were ok. I was served by this man who was speaking in a low voice, which i coudn't really hear. I gave for ice creams for me and my younger brother and when I got the coins the man left quickly after giving me coins dropping to the floor.

Busy spot for ice cream and I can see why. Great service with so many delicious flavours to choose from. New flavours coming out monthly and best way to enjoy so yummy dessert.

Friendly staff and great to have a place to rest to enjoy some gelato before heading back. Nothing unusual and price pretty market priced. u can find the shop easily after the walk down from the cliff by spotting the pink wifi telephone booth. Tried the salted macadamia, which tastes like Baskin R
