There is nothing quite like a local restaurant that does its think well... Pheast is located in Waverly and is a pleasure to visit. The flavours wonderful, servings generous and atmosphere relaxed. We visited on a miserable winters night - and it was the perfect hearty meal without being too much! Loved this place... looking forward to going back.
(The only criticism was having to ask for water refills... peeps, just leave a bottle!)
This is one of mine and my partner's favourite restaurants. The food is simple, beautifully prepared and utterly consistent. We look forward to every visit and the chocolate nemesis is hands-down the finest chocolate experience I have ever had anywhere in the world! Unreservedly recommended.
We came here for my birthday last month and I am not afraid to say that this place became my new favourite restaurant in Sydney. Cosy and green, the atmosphere makes you think of a fresh and modern cuisine. Menu is short and mouthwatering which implies the cuisine is fresh, seasonal, and original. You will get indeed all of these (made me think of the Three Blue Ducks for all of that) but not only: the special Pheast touch is subtlety - I mean complex, smart, tasty and delicate at the same time. Here a strawberry vinegar is used and there an azelnut oil... I was surprised at every meal. This is without saying that everything was delicious! Thanks again to the chef! Service was nice and considerate too. I loved my evening. I am so glad this place is in Bronte, I'll be able to come back soon!

Very decent local byo resto, and while everything was up to scratch we weren’t blown away by anything particular. Great for a dinner if you want a quality setting without having to leave bronte.
Food was fresh and delicious. Great service. Serving size was good. Ordered 4 dishes between 3 and was very satisfied.
YES! Go go go! You won't regret! Beautiful dishes, made with love, you can see and taste that! The staff was excellent, very friendly and great service. I am so happy this place openend in Charing Cross. Gem!
