I have enjoyed many delicious meals from Tamarind Thai, sometimes even from home delivery. I loved all the dishes I have tried and it is one of my favorite Thai restaurant in Lower North Shore.
Absolute favourite restaurant - take away orders are done within 15-20min even at peak times, the food is always delicious, fresh and hot, and the prices are unbeatable especially considering the generous portion sizes. Have never been disappointed here. Also great to dine in, as it has lovely decor and unique set ups (glasses, dishes) plus daily specials.
Food was delicious! People who don't like the flavours just don't have developed taste bud. With the restaurant being BYO you just can't beat it. Would go there again in a flash. Staff are friendly as service is fast@
I've been a regular customer here for years now and I've never been disappointed! The food is great and delicious, and the service is fast and the staff super friendly. Occasionally when ordering take away they even given us complementary dishes in the past! The restaurant is cosy and the decor is lovely. Just make sure to book on the busy nights otherwise there will be a bit of a wait.
Not sure why this place has so many negative reviews because I have never had a bad experience not once in the last four years.
Local goodness, pad see ew and green curry was so nicee. The waiter was so genuine and attentive. Reminds me of my dad. He would never hurt a fly.
For a local, this Thai restaurant is exceptional :)
We regularly eat here, delivery, pick up and dine in. The standard is always high, tasty menu options (stirfry, curry and salad) and the rice is always perfect. The only down side is that my kids won't eat the broccoli I cook now because theirs is so much better!
Best Thai ever! Super quick and super yummy. We have moved house and we are missing living so close to Tamarind.
