Brilliant food and great service. Highly recommend.
Good food, good price, good service. Enjoyed my takeaway order that was prepared in reasonable time. Big thumbs up for the saffron chicken entree.
Our go to Indian restaurant. Good food & good prices
Usually get takeaway from here although the portions are massive and the taste is amazing. The prices are quite good regarding what you receive

Been here over 20-25 times.
If you are after the authentic Indian cuisine, flavors and taste, then Saffron Tree Indian Restaurant should be your first stop. Great Indian food & lots of vegetarian options (25 different vegetarian dishes). The staff & restaurant are lovely!
Definitely recommend.
Tuesday- chicken veg lamb mains are 1/2 pricee. So yipppeeeee
The five spice garlic prawns truly deserves a 5. So awesummmmmm n perfectttly cooked n big good quality prawns. Best ive ever tasted . I ordered one and after tasting it,ordered one more.
The koliwada fish was excellent. The rara goat was excellent too, soft tender n v well buna. The thalis veggies were perfecttt too.
After all these amazinggg dishes,we got the chicken biryani with great excitement, which was short lived.
The biryani was horrible. Just felt it was chicken mixed in low quality rice.
But trust me go thereeee n taste the prawns, its worth giving up your 1st born for. Haha
Review based on weekly food delivery so can't comment on ambience etc. Neither do I care for that sorta thing. Food is always good. Have favourites which we order each time with the addition of a different menu item. Not disappointed yet. Kulfi lovers they have some niiice milky ice ;)
Been to Saffron 3-4 times for dinner with family. Sharing my dining experience here :)
#Location- Location- Located close to Wentworthville station. Ample car parking space available around the restaurant.
#Ambience- Decent Dine-in style seating with few tables. Nothing buzzy about ambience, it is a simple family dinner place. Would recommend upgrading this place to make it more happening.
#Service - Good, you will get your order in 5-10 minutes. The staff is friendly and happy to serve you.
#Food - Freshly prepared. Taste and quality of food were good. Serving size was good as well. Would recommend telling staff to make curry as per your spice index.
#Recommendation- Try Afghani tandoori chicken, Chilli chicken with naan. For vegetarian friends, there are quite a few options here, worth trying Chole bhatura, Chaat, Veg thali.
#Overall Experience- Good food, however, they still have scope to refine it further. Worth coming here for dinner , the better option is to club your dining with weekly grocery shopping. 3.5 / 5
Very generous servings and incredibly fresh. No lukewarm curries here, that's for sure! Their naan is one of the best I've had, you can tell it's made in house. I would highly recommend giving Saffron Tree a try!
Love this place! Chicken biryani, Afghan tandoori chicken and their bathura are must try!
I love the food here. It's absolutely amazing. Onion bhaji, desi chicken, lamb bhuna, butter chicken, aloo gobi. These are my recommendations, with Raita and mango chutney. So delicious. This might be the best Indian I've had in Sydney. Highly recommended.
Large, comfortable Indian that's open for lunch. Friendly staff and relatively speedy service. Serving might seem small but once you have it with rice or naan, there's plenty to go round. Great value too.
Great tasting Indian food and very reasonably priced. 🍛
Highly recommended if you're a fan of Indian cuisine. 👌🏻
