Review Fresh Chilli Werribee - Werribee

Karen Edwards
Our first visit to Fresh Chilli Thai and it did not disappoint. We went at 6pm on a Thursday night without a booking and it was busy but we did get a table. We ordered some roti bread with peanut sauce (6 pieces) delicious. My Pad Thai with chicken was very good and very large, as were the other main dishes we ordered. I reckon two people could easily share one main.

Love this Thai restaurant! Staff are friendly and patient! Service is as amazing as the food. Nothing is too much trouble
Janine Watson
The service is extremely fast, customer service very friendly and efficient, spotlessly clean. My partner had the green curry, l had the rice dish called Kao Pad which was a Thai fried rice dish with chicken. Both meals were delicious. Reasonable prices. Highly recommend.
Johno
Delicious food and very respectful staff, i was blown away by the price, 2 entrees, 2 mains, 2 drinks averaged $30 pp. For the quality of the food I was expecting it to cost more

We are regulars here and it is one of our favourite places to eat. But today was different. The satay was under cooked. They did give us a new batch though, so not complaining. The service has gone down a bit, they seemed to just want us out, clearing plates with quite an urgency. The place was not crowded either. Hope things pick up soon, including the service. Reduced a star from the last review. Will go back again sometime and see if things are better, hopefully it is.
Linda Lawrence
The food was yummy. Service was slow. 4 at dinner and we had to ask for one of the meals and then for one of the drink. Asked for the menu to order dessert, but he didn't come back for the dessert order

Our first visit, we went without a booking however the staff was so nice to get us a place. Foos is really nice and fresh. If you are looking for authentic thai food this is the place to be. Highly recommend.

The food and service is always amazing at Fresh Chilli. If you dont like crowds or a VERY noisy dinner atmosphere (its so loud when crowded) you come as soon as its open, no booking required. I rocked up at 4:30 pm on the dot and they asked us to be out by 6 pm. That is when the booked diners are due to come in. No worries. You have to scan a QR code and register your details, for Covid Tracing requirements. Being the only people here in the restaurant at 4:30 pm, the food was served very quickly and its as tasty, fresh and hot as always. Ive been coming here for years, so good 😍 We couldnt finish the food, so we got 2 x takeaway containers at .50c each. If you pay cash for your meal, you get a 2% discount. When you get your bill, you also get 1 Kopiko coffee candy per person *This is for Dine In only* The meal consisted of; Mixed Entree, Beef Pad Thai, Chicken Pad See Ewe and Pork Fried Rice. Drinks; Coke, Coconut Juice (with coconut meat) and water. Total bill of $71.10c

The service really slow. We need to wait for over an hour to get our foods. The food was way to sweet, even in the menu they said spicy it is more sweet compare to spicy. Better drive a bit further so you will get better food and service. Save your precious time and money.

I love this place. Have both eaten in and had takeaway and everything I am reminded of just how delicious it is! The coconut rice is like no other. The pad Thai, curries, everything is so good. Always friendly service. On the weekends may need to book as it is very popular. Highly recommended.

well done guys my family all the time talking about your food and finally I come last sunday night and I have to tell you the food is great, amazing service and reasonable price.

Service is very direct and on point here! Never make a mistake. The food is always fantastic and tasty! I frequent Fresh Chilli at least once a month - local fave of mine!

I’ve been here twice, both quiet and peak periods!
Both times were excellent!
Very kind staff with wonderful suggestions of food!
The pad Thai is really something!
Love the vibes and can always count on coming here for some authentic Thai cuisines!
Officially my favourite go to Thai cuisine :)

This is our weekly go to place and we are never bored of it. Their food quality and taste is always maintained and is top notch.
It is really busy during dinner time so reservations are preferred. Even takeaways take atleast 25-30mjn minimum on a regular weekday.
Prices are average and restaurants interiors are well done to the Thai theme. Meal portion sizes are also generous.
A definitely must go.

Usually very good food...I did say usually. However the last time we went ( 24/1/19 ) my son found a hair in his meal. There also seemed to be a lot of flies hanging around. We told the waitress, who passed it on to the manager, and with an apology from him, my son was giving a fresh play of food, he didn't feel like like it at this stage, we so took it home in a container. After paying full price minus the hairy meal, we went home thinking the dinning experience was disappointing. There is another ethnic restaurant next door, which in my opinion is always great,,,

Nice to see an authentic Thai restaurant in the western suburbs that understands and respects veganism. Happily accomodated our dietary requirement. They suggest we get a pad Thai, yellow curry and veg soup. Delicious!
Gaurav Gaur
Really really great place. We have been there number of times over last one year and food is always great and sensational. I can safely say it is the best Thai restaurant in the western suburbs.
Emily Swain
Not only is Fresh Chilli amazingly priced, the food is delicious and very diverse, showcasing all the delicious Thai food from all the different regions the amazing kingdom has to offer. Definitely the best value for money Thai I’ve had in Melbourne and the tastiest by far.
Jane
Slow service.. asked for order to be taken, asked for serviettes, water, bill etc. Seafood platter entree ..certainly deep fried.. but too much batter. Pad Thai consisted of rubbery noodles etc... beef with cashews super sweet! But great roti! Tastes like western watered down Thai food...not authentic.. been to Thailand about 6 x ..has potential.. but needs work...

Waited over an hour for takeaway for only two dishes two weeks in a row. In my opinion an edible peace offering goes a long way in putting things right but both times we were continually told the food was coming or was a minute away when it clearly hadn’t started being cooked yet.
Thecheftable
It's a Nice restaurant with great atemspher, unfortunately the peanut sauce was way too sweet just to the extent I couldn't eat it.also we ordered Pad Thai sea food, they didn't have prawns so we were happy to change to calamari, but was No calamari in it almost!!!
Vanessa Pam
Absolutely love the red curry with chicken, really recommend it. My boyfriend and I get it all the time. We have had other dishes from here but nothing beats the red curry.

If you wish to get your blood sugar level up please go there, everything cook with tons of sugar, i almost felt like i am getting diabetes !!!
great for sugar lover...
Darshan Dave
One of the best Thai Restaurant in West of Melbourne...Tried their "Kao Pad Bai Kra Prao" ( Spicy Fried Rice ) and It was fantabulous...Put it on your list if you a thai food fan...Make sure you book a table, any day of the week
Rundongmin
omgafter having this dinner 12th May, I can skip sugar for a month. Every single dish have one flavor - sugar....
That being said, people there are very nice.
Caroline Beaney
Horrible. All the dishes were so sweet. The meat dishes were cut up weirdly and the fish dish wasn’t spicy at all. I don’t know if traditional Thai dishes are meant to be so sweet but it was quite overpowering.

It’s a very busy place. The food took 50 plus minutes to come out after we had ordered. Wasn’t worth the wait at all.
Ben King
amazing tasty Thai food. this place is always busy the currys are great dine in or take out. haven't tried any other thai places in the area because I'm so happy with what I get from here
Belinda Petrovski
I often order the green curry chicken. I think the food is excellent when you dine in. With takeaway though, it changes from one order to the next. It's delicious but there is no consistency with the amount of vegetables they put in it. Tonight's takeaway was so disappointing seeing the $$ you pay for it. There was barley any vegetables in it and I love lots of vegetables. The last few orders have been like this but tonight I couldn't believe they had so little that I nearly rang and complained. I am writing this review in the hope that management reads it and makes some changes in the kitchen !

I had a mixed reaction from dining in this suburban Thai restaurant.
My favourite dish was the Pad Kee Mao with a spice that contrasted the beef and noodles perfectly. Loved the hint of Thai basil in the dish as well. Mixed entree was ok but unfortunately this restaurant has westernised a lot of their dishes to suit the demographic.
For more Vlogs check out my YouTube channel - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC8CQlEE62GLokH8jGtAEajg
For more blogs check out my Instagram -
https://www.instagram.com/cutiefoodie_au/

Very rude service. Drove 35km to get there and arrived 30 minutes before restaurant closes only to have the staff rushing to the door to put the close sign just as we were pushing the door. When mentioned that closing time states 10pm, staff just said 'oh really'.

My favourite Thai in Melbourne. I’ve never tasted a yellow curry so delicious before, and I absolutely love the coconut rice (I do have a sweet tooth though) it’s always cooked so perfectly. I’ve only ever gotten take away from here but it’s always been on time and efficient, never had a problem.
Sammy
Really enjoyed the food at this place. Currently the best foodie experience in Wyndham Vale. The hosts were really great as well. Overall enjoyed the experience and will definitely go back.

Earlier we were in South East Asia for 6 years and we were never disappointed by Thai food, so decided to try this. However, it was far to pricey for food quality. Food is not at all authentic and when told the manager, he was effing rude.

I mean come on, who serves sweet tom yum soup and call it authentic and give jerk comments about customer who complained.

I wish the food tasted as good as it looked in photos... unfortunately it DID NOT.

I am reading all the reviews here and have a strong feeling that these are being posted by the restora itself... how else can it have 4.5 when certainly it does not deserve it that kind of rating.
Ming Yan
Great food, very friendly service. Spent the New Year’s Eve there with family. Very impressed! Will definitely recommend the restaurant to my friends and family.
Sally Bally YO
Called right at opening time (6pm), asked to reserve a table for 6:30pm and the waitress easily helped us. Upon arriving, service was very friendly and professional. At the time it wasn’t too busy, and the food came out quite quickly. We ordered a beef pad Thai, mixed entree, roti, duck red curry and a chicken green curry. The servings were plentiful and delicious.
It was a little pricier than other Thai places, but definitely worth a try!
S.prakashamreddy
Worst dinner experience ever. Waited an hour for mains. I can understand if the food required heaps of different processes or if there were many elements to the dish... but one pot/wok dishes shouldn't take this long.
Chris_cody69
Absolutely love this place..
By far the best Thai ive had outside of Thailand.. fresh, flavoursome and always delicious.
Consistantly good food and service..
There can be a lottle bit of a wait for drink service but thats generally due to waitstaff flat out with a full restaurant..
Dine in or take away is great..
Laura Kaziavin
My favorite Thai place is on Chapel Street and it’s just so inconvenient there for parking! Since we’ve moved to the west side we have even less opportunity to travel to Chapel for food. Thank god for this restaurant. My partner and I thought we’d give it a go one night since we were both craving Thai and we’re so happy we did.
The food here is great- we LOVE the coconut rice! We usually get a Green or Massaman curry with coconut rice and Pad Thai to share and so far everything’s been yummy. I don’t recommend getting the chicken option though as both times it was quite dry and tasteless. Go for the beef or pork option.
Biggest downfall is the service. Difficult to get waiters’ attention, they don’t clear tables and take forever to come take your order once you’ve been seated. Still, yummy food and just around the corner from where we live- we have already become regulars.
Oh, you get charged for take away boxes of you decide to take home what you can’t finish. :/
Molly Pal
The food was great, the customer service was on point and the atmosphere was very nice. Will definitely be coming back. I wish i had took photos of the pad thai and curry duck.

I went here with my friend and her daughter for dinner last night. She said that this restaurant has a great reputation and it's always busy so we we're lucky to get a booking last minute. My friend also loves the red duck curry here.

We ordered the mixed entree which had 2 spring rolls, 2 curry puffs and 2 satay skewers. The entree was nice, nothing too exciting. For mains we ordered the red duck curry with lychees, chicken larb and I suggested that we get coconut rice and my friend was excited because she had never tried it before. The chicken larb was yummy and nice and spicy. The red duck curry was delicious and not too sweet for me and it had the perfect amount of spice. When the coconut rice came out it looked gluggy and like it was swimming in coconut cream. We tried it and it tasted like a dessert, this rice would have been perfect with some mango but not with our mains.

I enjoyed my meal here, I'm not sure if this Thai restaurant is one of the best in Melbourne like the rating suggests. I haven't been to many Thai restaurants but it is very good and probably the best in the area. The people working here were dressed beautifully and they were friendly. They asked if we enjoyed our meals and I told them we did but the coconut rice was way too sweet and they said they'll speak to the cooks. I'll probably come back here if I was in Werribee.

This place is 10 mins walk from my home. It's a great Thai restaurant to go with friends and family. Staff are friendly and food is good. Been there several times. Their set menu is good.
Ms Rodrigo
Love the food and we keep going back. The pad Thai is pretty decent and the customer service is A+.

The place is super busy so if you want to take away call ahead and place your takeaway order.

Best Thai food ever!! Love this place. Always packed with fans. Well done team Fresh Chilli. My favourite is Chicken Pad kee mao. Recently tried the minced chicken salad which is fantastic! Also the spiced Thai fried rice. Yummy!
Mario Wahyu Prabowo
One of the best Thai restaurants I've ever tried in Melbourne, and it's very close to my house so it's good. The only problem is that there are way too many customers, ordering takeaway or making a booking is getting ridiculous. Can you open another branch around Werribee/Wyndham Vale please?
Linda Collins
My friend and I had dinner at Fresh Chilli Thai tonight and it was the most wonderful experience. We were greeted warmly at the door and seated quickly. Our orders were taken promptly and the lovely waitress was happy to answer our questions. The meals came out quickly and were delightful. I honestly think the food is some of the best Thai food I have had in this country. The decor is wonderful and it was great to see the staff so beautifully presented in traditional garb. I highly recommend this restaurant for anybody looking for great food, service, ambiance and price.
Tony
Probably the best Pad Thai I've tasted in Melbourne! Also ordered Green Curry and spring rolls were authentic and everything was well above expected. Service was good, nice cutlery and table decor, did wait a while for our mains, but it was a busy night. Won't go wrong if you're local, we'll definitely come here again next time we're in the area.

This place is not to be missed! Delicious food and excellent service. We were in the area only hoping to feed ourselves anything but fast food when we came across this place. You can be fooled by the outside looks but don't... the decor is great and the venue is clean and tidy. We tried the mixed entrees, the Pad Thai, green curry, red duck curry, and fried rice. Everything was spot on and I'm having a hard time trying to determine which was the better dish. Also all food came out at a reasonable time and there weren't long delays between dishes. This was amazing service. I'm giving 4.5 because at the end a waitress made the "sin" of piling up the dirty dishes in the table and this is something I really dislike in any restaurant. We had a great time and we will come back!!!

Came here for Mother's Day dinner and had a great time. The restaurant was beyond capacity with diners and families ordering take away and the staff were all impressively diligent and polite. Waiters got our order correct and the food/drinks came out so quickly! These guys obviously thrive with pressure. Food was delicious as always, Tom yum flavour was lovely but literally came with 2 mushrooms chopped in quarters, 2 prawns and one slice of tomato. Green curry is always a winner and perfectly balanced. Best coconut rice I've ever had! :)

An excellent restaurant in a totally unexpected location. You drive in next to a servo, the restaurant is at the corner of a row of shops, you think another suburban let down...but no, colourful and bright curries, nice textures and generous helpings are the order of the day, the duck curry is luscious, lychees and duck sing together with the spice off set by the sweetness; the Pad Thai and Tom Ka was also excellent. The massaman and larb were serviceable. Wash down with a Singha and you could be in Thailand.
Jodie Hodgson
Honestly this place is truly divine. The food is the best thai food i have ever eaten by far and ive eaten thai in many places. On top of the most amazing food, packing a punch with authentic thai flavours is the staff. The moment you walk in, you no longer feel your in the western suburbs. I would rate the staff 5 stars as I do the food. Its always a pleasure to eat and dine there! 5 minutes from this location is another thai restaurant with the worst thai food id ever eaten.
Rebecca
Fresh chilli is an amazing Thai restaurant!
Chicken pad Thai is the best.
Service is fantastic
Lovely workers
Generous serves
Reasonably priced
Our weekly go to!!

Came here last year for a end of year work christmas party. It was my first time coming to this resturant and the food tasted great . When i heard about the coconut rice i was a bit iffy to try it but i gave it a go and loved it ! My faviourte dish at this place is the green chicken curry 😍 . Also reccomend there ice chocolates
Matilda Jeffrey
Really good food, staff, location and restaurant. Heaps on the menu to choose from and delicious flavours in all of the meals. Good price and convenient. Really enjoyable experience to go out for dinner.

Often walk in off the street earlier in the week. Plenty of good fresh food. The advice on the spice or heat of the dish is welcomed. Great place.

Easily the best Thai restaurant in Melbourne. Service, food and prices cannot be faulted. Highly recommend getting a banquet so that you get to taste a number of things off the menu.
Susanna Tjoa
The service is good although it is full house. Foods are nice too, juat a bit sweet and not spicy at all. One of the best thai restaurants in Melbourne and maybe the best around Werribee
Satiawanan Maniam
We ordered Tom yum, chicken larb, pad Thai and fried rice as well as banana fritters and ice cream for dessert.
The Tom yum and pad Thai were sweet- would have liked it more tart like the original Thai ones.
The larb was bland and the fried rice were ordinary with pineapples missing although the menu said there will be pineapples.
The dessert was nice.
Service was excellent despite the crowd though the good took a while to arrive.
Might come back to try their other dishes on a less busy night.
Kat_Eats_Mel
Food here is so sweet, everything is way too sweet. Service is good though, the staff are friendly. This restaurant is always busy i don't know why though because the food is below average. Had better thai food. Imo anyway

Some could say I'm a connoisseur of Thai food. This one is hands down one of the best!! Coming from the south eastern suburbs, it was DEFINITELY worth the drive ;)

Met up with some gfs for dinner here a few weeks ago and was blown away by the amazing food. Pad Thai, Yellow Curry, Penang Curry, Coconut Rice, ALL OF IT and more.... So delicious and fresh! The ambience and staff were fantastic too.
Loved this place so much I returned last week for my birthday dinner. Might become a regular thing 👍😆

Decided to try this restaurant out last night as it had so many good reveiws. Glad we did! We chose the green curry with coconut rice and the grilled bbq thai pork. All the food was tasty and well cooked although the pork was a tiny bit dry. Our meals came to our table quickly and the portions were generous in size. The staff were well presented and courteous. Good value for money. Would definitely eat here again. My only warning is to reserve your table before hand or your probably won't get a seat.

On a winter evening, the tom yum soup went down very well along with the prawn crackers..loved the Pad Kee Mao, would have preferred it to have a bit more heat..
Prophetmars666
Been to laverton branch for few times and never disappointed. Tried the Werribee one it was not as good as laverton but I would give 4 out of 5. The service, environment everything is good. It's hard to find a good restaurant around here but fresh chilli Thai always look after us.
Karrie T
Great food at a great price with fantastic service, the servings are huge and full of flavour you can tell everything is fresh. Never had a bad experience
Adam Bosman
When going for takeaway this is one of my favourite place's for food. When ordering by phone the wait is about 15 minutes and bit longer during peak times. I used to get the chicken pad see ewe (number 53) which is a great dish of chicken, veggies, soy sauce & stir fried rice noodles. Now my favourite has to be the stir fry cashew chicken with vegetables (number 35). Great taste and great value. I get a small serve of rice with this and I think it's enough for 2 people but if your really hungry this feed for one would def be enough to satisfy you. I like to get the roti bread here which comes with peanut sauce (number 59). A nice way to finish your meal. Would def recommend this for a great meal at a reasonable price.
Ilovetoomnom
It's hard to come by good Asian food in the Werribee/Hoppers Crossing area and this place is definitely one of the few exceptions. It was my first time at this particular venue (I've been to their Aircraft venue a few times) and I would say that their decor and ambience is definitely the same.
I came here as a group of 5 people and we were lucky that we had made a booking as the restaurant was quite full and they weren't taking any walk ins.
I ordered a Beef Pad Thai and we shared a seafood plate amongst us. The pad Thai noodles were cooked well (sometimes they're too soggy) but I felt that there wasn't enough spice and lemon to it. It was also missing the crushed nuts too so after a while, the dish was quite bland. The serving size was great though and worth the money you pay for it.
The seafood was pretty much just fried tempura and tasted nice, but ordinary.
Viji Nathan
Awesome food, especially if you are after spicy food (though you need to tell them if you want it really spicy). Loved the tomyam, very authentic. They are very generous with the ingredients. Staffs are very friendly and the deco is lovely, fine dining equivalent. Totally love everything about this place and definitely coming back here.
Prasath
Fantastic food! We asked for Tom Yum soup (spicy) and it came spicy! Thai Fried Rice was awesome too. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for authentic Thai food!
Nhi Mai
Good Thai food but I don't think they are very authentic. I find them family sized portions, which is nice in a group to be shared. I enjoyed the curries most, flavorful but average.
Charlotte
AMAZING!
Great food, great atmosphere, nice looking restaurant and really friendly staff providing excellent service.
We started with a refreshing coconut juice, then had the red lamb curry (my favourite), pad thai (the best I ever had actually), seafood platter (nice and very spicy), beef curry and a shared platter with different kind of starters (spring rolls, chicken satay, curry puffs, ...). Even the coffee at the end was a delight, with a cute little mouse face in the froth. Everything was nicely presented and fresh (not like a lot of asian places where you're food comes after 5 minutes and you know for sure it's not fresh even before you taste it). I went with a group of chefs from the restaurant I'm working in and we all loved it, though I reckon especially those guys are a bit more fussy about what they eat (cause they are a) from the same industry and b) some of them originally from Thailand). Go try this restaurant, you'll love it!

Best Thai in Melbourne. Fresh Chilli Thai has never failed to win our hearts and souls. Every time we go there I make sure we order the prawn fried rice, whole snapper fried in chilli, lime and basil leaves and coconut soup. Huge serves, delicious cooking and fresh ingredients ensure that the food is always amazing. The Thai custard with ice cream is a nice dessert. Both the Werribee and Laverton stores are on par when it comes to great food, buzzing atmosphere, polite service and reasonable prices.
Zoemiles_zo67
Oh so yummy!. Efficient friendly service, delicious food and great prices!
John Mattson
Far too sweet, missing the Thai balance of flavours. Thai food should have a balance between sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy. They seemed to have forgotten about that and leaned too far to the sweet side. Massaman Curry, Pad Thai, Curry Puffs and Chicken Satay were all far too sweet. The portion size is a bit small, but would have over looked this if the food was better. Their staff is immaculate, professional and friendly, the restaurant is beautifully presented, clean and comfortable. But, the food is a let down.
Rainicorn
I get the take away but that still counts. Rice, noodles, stir frys, deep fried starters; it's what you get at most Asian restaurants these days. But that doesn't mean it isn't nice! Some meals can get very pricey, but I've never had an outright terrible item off the menu. It's all quite nice on the whole, though flavours and spice could stand to have a bit more oomph behind them.

As for being authentic? I don't think it really is. But as authentic Thai food in Thailand is actually mostly inoffensive noodles, bags of soggy vegetables and incinerated meats permeated with the smell of rotting garbage, I think adapting this to a Western tastes is a savvy move.
Laura
Delicious meals and value for money.
Hell
Hello. The best! if you like russish..no service staff poorly dress... resturant not clean.
Lilly
I have a mixed opinion about this place.
Ordering 3 dishes to share we got pad Thai, Prawn Thai fried and seafood tom yum.
The Pad Thai was very disappointing, the waitress recommended it.
The fried rice however was amazing! From the first to last bite! I would come back just for the fried rice.
The tom yum was average, it was tasty however it was just warm and the serving was very small.
Top_of_town_pizza
Authentic?. The food here is suited for Western tastes way too much sugar spoils it besides I think its over rated anyway only stands out cos most restaurants in the area are rubbish
Eunice Elvey
First experience. Had my first takeaway and it was very good .8/10
What let it down was it was very hot.
The satay chicken was very dry.
The rest of the meal was delicous
Alexandra Kate King
Great!. I had the pad thai prawn, service was spot on and the the food was amazing, definitely worth going again!
Bianca Viscosi
BEST by far thai food I've ever had. Every time I go there they never disappoint. Food is always consistently amazing
Katrina Bhadha
Great food. Brilliant food, great service

This place does get very busy, but the staff are always attentive
Definitely eat here if you can, you won't be disappointed
TinaJ
Yum!. Love the food ( especially the chicken pad Thai), fair amount of food on the plate, price is very good and will keep coming back.
It is quite busy but that is not a big problem, it is good for their business.
Thanks!
Mishell...
Best thai in the west! Thank you!
Tamika
Rude staff.. Rush you to order, then rush you to leave. I recommend take away rather than eating in. but food is great though either way!!!
Feleader
This is one of my favourite thai restaurants. Great food and fast service. Will definately be back.
Christina Ngo-Nguyen
Love it. It is never a quiet night here and you can understand why. Cheap food which doesn't compromise on quality. Every meal is a winner. I've tried the green curry, pad thai (slightly on the sweeter side), countless stir fries. They're all ace.

I'd recommend booking for a table on weekends if you don't want to be disappointed.
Alan's Opinion
Tantalising Thai way out West.. Beautiful food, wonderful décor and excellent service from the land of smiles.

It is always busy because the food is so MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

Be sure to book.

Nothing more needs to be said.
Melsmith278
Absolute pleasure. Tried a range of dishes, all are just amazing!!!

Nice décor and service

Highly recommended.

Amazing food everytime!

Take Away Queen. Have never eaten in however the takeaway is always great. Be prepared to wait otherwise ring ahead. Lead time approx. 25 - 30 mins
Matthew Elric Romeo
Bad service. The food was ok but for the price there should have been more. Also the service was very slow we got there at 7.30 and didn't leave until 10 as nobody seemed interested in our table of 15 people. Wont be going back there.
Justin
Bit of a downer. After reading the reviews i thought it was a great find .. soon to discover the service was very poor . Sat there for 20 mins before anyone came over, received a cold entree and had no service in between . i could go on but i know i will not be going back
Toni Kerr
My favourite Thai restaurant. Extremely yummy food, good service and nice staff, reasonable pricing and a beautiful restaurant inside.
Irene
Busy to crowded. Cramped in like sardines - how are we expected to enjoy your great food in such conditons. . - at both resturants its the same - not an enjoyable time at all prefer to take it home and eat in quiet.
Anthony Kilburn
Only had take away, but I was very impressed with the food. Yellow Curry with chicken, potato and pumpkin - superb. There is a dearth of good Thai restaurants in the western suburbs of Melbourne so this was a very pleasant discovery. Prices for mains very reasonable too.
Kris
Food is amazing, service is great, however way too noisy I suggest take away, great priced meals
Wynona
ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC!. I have literally created an account just to rave about this fantastic restaurant. My partner and I were "tourists" to the area as we were staying at The Hotel Mansion for the weekend and were looking for a nice local restaurant to sink our teeth in to. Fresh Chilli Thai Restaurant came up with the best reviews and ratings overall in the Werribee area; and now we know why. The food was extremely flavourful more so than any other Thai restaurant I had ever eaten at, the staff were friendly and the food and service was incredibly quick. We enjoyed the set A menu which was only $25 each which included 3 entrees (spring rolls, minced pork with cashews, red onion and coriander; a little like san choy bow and chicken skewers with the best home made peanut sauce I had ever had), 2 mains (we chose the beef stirfry with ginger, garlic and sweet basil and the grilled pork) (rice was also included). For dessert we had a fantastic coconut ice cream (filled with pieces of real coconut) and a big pot of green tea. The staff were very attentive and made sure all our needs were met and were extremely appreciative when we told them how impressed we were. The stirfry was spicy and was brilliantly sapid. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy strong flavours and a great overall dinner. I wish we didn't live 2 hours away that's for sure but we will definitely be back if we're in the area again, I think we'd maybe even make the drive just to eat here!

Delicious. Newly discovered.. loved it. Food was delicious, waitstaff authentic & gracious.. atmosphere unbelievable. Hard to believe we were on a busy corner in Werribee. Totally recommend the roti with satay, green curry with chicken and red curry with slow-cooked beef. Will be back!

Fresh Chilli werribee. I ordered food from this restaurant so many time and every time they maded it wrong. Tonight I ordered Pad Bai Kra Prao Chicken, nothing like what it said in the manu. Had chicken and basil only and when I asked them why the lady said to me because I'm from Thai. That got nothing to do with what I ordered. And I over heard them that they going to spit in my food. I'm not going back to that restaurant again.

I had the red duck curry and the garlic pepper beef with curry puffs. We didn't eat in but the seating area looked very inviting. The red duck was my favourite and the beef lacked flavour. On an average I'd give it a 7 out of 10.

Not bad.... The place is popular and busy. The interior is deceptively large however the tables fill up quickly, so its best to book. Nice decor and service and the food, whilst not the best Thai I've had- its aimed owards an Australian palette- offers good quality and price. When we left there were also people lined up for take away. A nice Thai restaurant and a convenient option for locals who don't want to travel to the city.

Fantastic food and friendly service. Massive fan!

Beutiful decor and surprisingly great food. Every dish I've had here has been delicious. Service is a little on the ordinary side. The service is typical of many restaurants in South easy Asian countries.. To many the staff may seem a little rude. But if you've ever been to se asia, it's half the fun. Best to book in advance. They're full most nights. You can even experience lengthy delays on take aways. That's how popular they are.

Way too busy! And the food is not authentic at all, but I kind of know why Aussies love this place, very sweet and strong flavor, by strong flavor I mean salty! But i do Like some of the entries. Attentive service for such a packed place, nice decor.

We've been here several times, and it's easily the best restaurant in our local area. Great food, great service and reasonable prices. Highly recommended. Make sure you book as it's always busy!

A friend and myself. Had the most horrible meal - mine especially was cold - and I confirmed this with my friend - so my friend suggested I return it - Iw as reluctant to do this - it is never a good idea, as you do not know what is done to your meal behind closed doors - the young lady seemed totally annoyed that I asked for it to be warmed up -= my friend stated that the food was definitely too cold - some 15 mins later I asked for my plate and it was returned "colder" - the young lady who seems so annoyed to be disrupted from her day dreaming (in my opinion she was a waste of space) could not look at me neither could she look at my friend - my friend told her the meal was ""colder" - the young girl just smiled - shrugged shoulders and went away ignoring us. We do not know if this was reported to the managers or not . We paid - and the bad meal and service will stay with us for the remaining days of our dining lives - we also make our business to tell everyone we know where not to eat.
Needless to say you do not recommend this Thai restaurant, food and poor service to your worst enemy. If this is Thai, then give it a big wide miss - save your money and go to McDonald - you get prompt service, the food is like you expect it to be - luke warm and the taste is just as you remember is - the experience is true to the store, at this Thai restaurant we call it an experience "not to be repeated" even if this restaurant is last standing after a nuclear war. We rest our case.......
