Been coming here for over 20 years and still consistent with quality, absolutely love it.

Second time I've been to this restaurant. Excellent food on both occasions. Although not many customers there when we visited, a Wednesday lunchtime, which is expectable. The staff member who served us was a very friendly guy making for a more pleasurable experience. Both my partner and I thoroughly enjoyed meals, my partner having scallops with seasonal vegetables and myself with Cantonese Duck, which was excellent and done to perfection. To accompany our meals we had special fried rice, which had been finished of with the addition of some sesame oil. The only way to do special fried rice. Thoroughly recommend this restaurant and will be returning again.

I come here last night wanting to try as I have heard really good reviews about this place but after ordering an entrée and being told that $18 isn’t enough and that we had to order more just shows how money hungry this place is. I will not come back as this has really disturbed me and makes me quite uncomfortable, the satay sticks were chewy which turned us off which is why we left but we weren’t even able to explain that. Will not be returning,Avoid this place if you can!!!!

Service was awesome. One waiter designated to our table and on point with service. Couldn't ask for better service and the food was perfect!

Food is hot, flavourful and saucy! Only problem is they don't do home delivery Prepared in 10 minutes, definitely my favourite chinese place in Werribee

Just an info. This is a Chinese large takeaway container, if you want an Australian large takeaway, so you can share it with your partner. Please buy a XXL takeaway.

I came here for lunch with a friend after reading great reviews about this place but I left with a big disappointment. We ordered Satay Chicken, Sliced chicken with onion and boiled rice. Service was very very slow and the food was average. The chicken satay was served after 10 minutes of placing the order and the rest of the food was served after nearly 45 minutes of waiting. We asked for chilli sauce when the food was served but it never came. Overall I was not happy with either the food or service.

How do 1 eat rice with a fork or with a pair of chopsticks served on a flat round plate? Oily table tops. Flavours are okay, good portion size for the price charged.

Best Chinese in Werribee, never had a bad meal here. Staff are friendly, when dining in food is delivered to the table very quickly. Take away is also very quick.

Not too bad, but honestly I don't think that the taste is authentic. The dishes were cooked to suit average Aussie's tongue. Take Si Chuan chicken for example, it was disappointingly sweet instead of spicy. If you instead order a westernised dish like honey prawns, it was pretty good. The last dish we ordered was special fried rice and it was too dry. Another minor complaint was that they didn't serve tea on the house. You have to pay for it. Not a biggie, but hey it would've been a nice gesture especially since this place is not that cheap and most Chinese restaurants provide tea for free.

Had the BBQ pork with plum sauce, the dish came out fast and was delicious. Had the Szechuan steak for main, also came out in record time (the restaurant was empty besides our table) and was incredibly tasty. Pricing is reasonable and appropriate to portions of food.

Ordered takeaway and it was ready within 10 minutes. The manager was very friendly and agreed to cater to our spicy taste buds. Finally found a nice Chinese restaurant in Werribee!

Master Wok provided for a delightful dining experience. First of all, the customer service was top notch, this may be due to myself sharing the same first language of the Chinese waiters and waitresses. This mutual understanding perhaps contributed to their friendly and advisable attitude towards me when asking about the specials and recommendations.
Food was served promptly and in a calm collected manner, no more than 5 minutes after it was ordered.
The food itself was good enough for Chinese standards, although one noticeable criticism was the spiciness of the szechuan chicken. Recognised internationally for its extreme spiciness, the extent of the chilli provided was most likely toned down to an almost sweet taste, probably to appeal to the mainstream Western mouths of Werribee.
Overall, it the atmosphere of Master Wok was very soothing and I am inclined to visit again in the future.

The food tasted okay but I do think the overall menu pricing was over priced. You would think for a $19.00 meal you would have the rice included yet you needed to pay an extra $8 for a small rice. I could eat at a Malaysian restaurant for half the price and better quality food.

This has been my family's regular place for over a decade. They never fail to deliver on the quality of their food. Although not fine dining, you get great bang for your buck and the flavours are spot on. Service is their main let down - lots of times we've sat on the big round table closest to the kitchen, and some of the staff walk past barely realising we are wanting their attention.

I found this restaurant on delivery hero the day I worked near Kensington. I ordered some fried noodle and BBQ pork and roasted duck. The noodle was OK but the meat definitely tasted off, at least not fresh. I gave a few pieces of the duck to my daughter, and she ran diarrhea for 3 days and only last few days got better. I read all the good review so I ordered from them. Maybe they serve good food in the restaurant but deliver food not so fresh. I am really disappointed.

Good food. Good service. We've been dining in this resto for about 5 years now. Our fave is special fried rice, sliced beef with cashew and seasonal vege with prawn. Server apologized and rectified issue with raw beef by bringing new dish. We had a good fill last night after a long drive back from interstate. Family will definitely return.

Glass pieces in take away. Last night had Master Wok takeaway at home had 2 serves of the Combination Birds Nest ( My most favourite of meals) and found shattered pieces of glass in our meals which when returned management didn't want to accept responsibility . Though we have been a customer for more than fifteen years, we will not be returning there ever again. After this incident, I will not even rate any stars. So disgusted and blown away with their lack of care and rude and dismissive attitude.

Service without a smile. Food was excellent, price and taste puts it up there with the best. But compered to other Chinese restaurants around 1. no free prawn crackers, 2. no slices of fruit after meal, these can be overlooked but the waitress not only could not smile but made you feel guilty for eating there. I could see other diners with friendly staff serving them, was it just us?
There are much friendlier restaurants in Werribee, Needless to say - No Tip.

Top notch chef. The food is delicious and surprisingly very cheap. My wife and I had a wonderful time here as we incredibly love Asian cuisine. Although we aren't knowledgeable about the dishes on the menu but the chef took his time and gave us wonderful recommendations. Normally some Asian restaurants go over board with the sauce and msg, but this store does non of that. The service was wonderful and each dish had its unique taste. Loved the place

Deliciousness. The food was delicious - and very good service! Will be back!

Awesome little restaurant!. We've eaten here for years and also got take-away regularly. It's a family favourite. A busy restaurant is a good restaurant and there's always a steady flow of people through the place. I always enjoy eating here. The staff are accommodating and the food is very tasty. Service is quick and reliable.

What's Not To Love?. Excellent food and excellent service which is, most importantly, consistent. I literally crave their honey chicken which I request is prepared in the lemon chicken style. That is, in slices, rather than fried balls. This never presents a problem and the wait staff deliver both sauces, lemon and honey! Master Wok is the only restaurant that we go to for Chinese. They have set the benchmark. Well done, Master Wok.

Hassan Yousuf. I like to eat chicken. I did not find this restuarant as good as KFC, as there are no fried chicken recipes that may be ordered. I was really expecting some fried chicken, but due to the lack of chicken I ordered a Stir Fried full cat. It was not cooked and had fur. Was also alive. I took it home and now it is my pet.

Yum!. I stumbled across Master Wok two weeks ago after work and let me tell you I am glad I found it! Have been back there twice now and each time never disappointed.

The sweet and sour pork is not doughy or soggy it's very crispy and the sweet and sour sauce has the right balance. I had given up on ordering chicken and sweet corn soup when we had Chinese as they always seem to lack in taste, but master woks soup was far from bland. Also the special fried was not a gluggy mess like I have had previously from other Chinese place's around Werribee.

It was great to finally find a Chinese place that has some flavor!

Over priced menu. Service is terrible and inconsistent. Food is crap. I will not go back ever again. Go somewhere else for a decent chinese food.
