Sri Lanka cuisine. The flavor suits me and the crispy chili (side) should not be missed. Up until now, they still doing take away only and don't miss out on their special and breads!

The kottu rotti is to die for. Soo yum.. food is fabulous and have never disappointed. In the midst of so many orders, the staff were so gracious and flexible to take my order and have it ready the next day.

Brought foods from here twice by looking after the pictures they usually share. As a sri lankan, I am hurt and really disappointed for these food and for these people who's running the place. Please don't buy this food ever. It's really oily and not healthy at all. I'm really disappointed 😞

Generous 2-person portion of takeaway lamprais easily feeds more, especially with an extra serve of specialty devilled wild boar.

Huge serves of delicious food !! Had a goat kotthu and it defeated me. The 625ml (8.8%) Lion beer was a treat too. I'm definitely going back to try the rest of their menu 😋

A tiny little bundle of joy hiding between big restaurants in the famous Watton Street in Werribee. Super friendly staff, mouth watering and amazing food, prompt service and quite reasonably priced. Must go if you love Sri Lankan food!

Wonderful food with authentic taste. Place was little cramped up but the taste, the price and quantity makes up for it. Customer service was good and food came relatively quick for a busy weekend. Will go back for more delicious meals. They had tea for sale near the counter and we ended up buying masala tea which was awesome.

Customer service was lacking big time. My family, cousins and I were looking forward for having some authentic Sri Lankan food here but unfortunately due to their extremely bad service we left out our taste buds on Fusion Ceylon and leave the restaurant. The result of this is we have decided not to visit Fusion Ceylon again and not to recommend this place to anyone.
We reserved a table for last night and the reservation was confirmed. When we visited the restaurant, they had no reservation for us as they have offered our place to other customers. The person who served us had a attitude and was not bothered to give us a proper solution. He just told us to fill in the tables which were their and sit randomly. The purpose of reserving a table has been completely lost here. We reserved the table so that all of us can sit and have a meal together. If we were to sit scattered we would have had our food at home. This was poor service and brought negative impressions on the restaurant and the people working in it. The humbleness we normally find at Sri Lankan restaurants have been lost in this restaurant and we were all disappointed.

GREAT value and delicious food!! Very big portions full of flavour. I had the vegan biryani and it went above and beyond my expectations. It came with a side bowl of perfectly spiced curry which paired nicely with the flavoursome rice and vegetables. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Only slight downfall was food took a while to come. I will definitely be back though!!

Had lunch here today with my family and it was a pleasant experience. Being of Sri Lankan background we decided to order a variety of dishes to share and compare. We ordered the wild boar curry, the fried rice and devilled beef, the hot butter cuttlefish, Lingus and a few other dishes.

If I had to pick one dish to eat for the rest of my life; it would be the hot butter cuttlefish, even though the pieces it self aren’t on the generous side; the taste is addictive. As for the other dishes, I wasn’t crazy impressed but it definitely wasn’t a bad meal.

The atmosphere of the restaurant is rustic and quite unique, the menu is original and the cutlery and crockery too are quite fitting. While eating here, there was a level of comfort as we weren’t a large group of people and were quite satisfied with the service.

All dishes are affordable and are on the cheaper side.

The worst customer service experience.
I'm so appalled.

The food is nice but presentation was poor.
No proper glasses and cutlery is far too heavy.
Aesthically pleasing but unnecessary.
The male waiter was incredibly rude.
Had to ask him several times to repeat what the dishes were when he brought them out as he didn't say anything and just stood there. There were 11 of us and we sat at "the table of ten" and another smaller table. the waiter then came and pushed us all to sit on a table that was uncomfortably close and squishy for a "table of 10". Funny how if we were white, he wouldn't have asked us to. Two other white groups of 2 and 3 were sitting on a "table for 4" and "table for 6" respectively. Why weren't they asked to sit on a smaller table when there were smaller tables available? Disappointing how Brown people still get treated like second class citizens when we're paying customers at a Sri Lankan restaurant. Irony. Safe to say that we will not be coming back nor will we be recommending this place. As of brown people aren't disadvantaged enough and don't go through enough discrimination and racism. Smh.

Uncomfortable.

Have the owners and/or staff changed?

We came here this time last year and loved the place. We were happy with the food and service and left there satisfied. This time around the service was very poor. The waiter needs to be trained better.

10 of us came in with high expectations from our last visit. We had divided ourselves into two groups and so two tables since just one table wasn't big enough. Bare in mind we're paying customers. We waited around 40 minutes for our dishes and once they arrived we were told that we couldn't take two tables up. Our party of 10 had to sit squished and uncomfortably in a table made for 6. I could hardly move enough to actually eat.

While I was struggling to eat, our elbows hitting each other, I watched the table we were told to abandon remain free until we had finished eating.

It was an infuriating experience. I'm so angry. If they had told us BEFORE we ordered that we could only use one table, we would have gone elsewhere (probably why they didn't tell us). That was rude and inconsiderate. Just tell us you can't fit us.

Loved the eggplant with Roti and mains very flavoursome. Portion sizes generous, almost enough to share. Nice ambiance and staff friendly. More local people should support this restaurant.

Place: Rustic and quite artistic, I really like the paintings on the wall 😊.
Food: Each dish is bursting with their own unique combinations of flavour and spices, definitely try their devilled meats, beef is my fave. Serving size is also massive, you'll end up with a food baby at the end of every meal 😁
Staff: Extremely friendly and helpful.

For some reason, everytime I come here, the experience is always different, never boring, so because of this and their uber-delicious dishes, Fusion Ceylon is one of the best restos in the west, definitely a 5/5 for me.

Food was excellent and tasted home-cooked. Goat biryani and flavoured rice with chicken curry, caramelised onions, potatoes and dhal were really good. The staff was friendly.

Went for lunch. This place is one of the best in the West. Had the lumprice and it was excellent. Comes out nice and steaming hot and almost homemade quality. The prices are very reasonable and u get a good value feed. The setting inside is very humble and nice. Hospitality is naturally great being a Lankan place. Encourage people to come here when ur down in the West.

Take away. Delicious smokey Devilled Pork, sweet and the right amount of spice, complimented with a basmati fried rice. Friendly staff were happy to help with the menu and my partners allergy concern. Will return.

I have ordered a Nasi Goreng from this place, the food was disgusting, undercooked prawns, and rice was smelly, looks like yesterday leftover rice.

I never ever order food again at Fusion Ceylon

Yummy food. Had Kottu Roti and Colombo Mix Rice, they're both really good and portion quite generous. I'd like to go through the whole menu at some stage.

Food is yummm❤️ so worth the prices too! Typical Sri Lankan flavours👌 we tried the mixed grill, chicken biriyani, fried rice and devilled pork and Lingus.. Pretty much everything on the menu is great! Amazing food guaranteed. They serve lamprais during the weekend too. If you did want to order for a take away, give them guys a call and order before in hand😊 or you can dine in!

This place is amazing. best Sri Lankan food in Melbourne, anyone after actual Sri Lankan food should go here. If anyone's see the scene in Ratatouille where the food brings a tear to the food critic's eye, that is how this place will make you feel. you must visit it.
