Our steaks were cooked just right ....large kids meals , prompt service ... and the waitress ran out with our daughters toy as she nearly left it behind .Thank you 🙂

The service here was absolutely fantastic and the best Parma I have had in 10 years. Great food and atmosphere would definitely go again.

Love this place it's our go to for a hearty great pub meal. Great steak cooked to perfection, great Parma etc. However last night we arrived at the time we booked to be told that, "we should not have had that booking and that someone should not have given us that time??" We have been dining here for years and celebrated many family parties here but never greeted like that. Also every time we have dined here we have been given bread for our table. When we asked for the bread we were told, that they were too busy to give out bread...not sure where that came from. She said that no other tables had been given bread due to how busy they were...before Covid you were busy, and we have dined with you when you have reopened several times, what's the difference now? Also we were given an 8pm seating and the dining room was emptying as we arrived and yet she said that?? Guys you are a great pub and we love eating there but don't change the way you use to work and run the place because you are busy. We will be back but I hope you go back to the way you were or simply say we are not doing bread anymore and remove the side plates and the bread and butter knifes.

Fabulous food and service! Came with my daughter and got a little lost finding bistro, but lovely staff actually walked us through to where we needed to go. Had warm bread pillow pockets with butter!!! Soooo good! Then we had the carbonara parmi and flathead tails… sensational!! The waitress was amazing, so helpful and friendly and the atmosphere there is so good. The whole experience felt very lux and was so enjoyable for an impromptu lunch on our way back home to Geelong. Thankyou so much. We will definitely be back

Meals are amazing!!!! Well proportioned meals with loads of flavour, staff are very nice and extremely attentive. Definitely recommend.

Food is spectacular here. The chefs cater wonderfully to dietary requests and the taste does not disappoint. The waitstaff & barstaff are always so friendly, and there's always service with a smile. Would come back again and again.

I have been to all the pubs in Werribee and by far the Racecourse Hotel was the best experience for me and my family. Great service, great food and fantastic atmosphere. We will be back soon 👍🏼🍺🍾

I had low expectations for this place because of the other reviews, but I loved it. It’s got a great, old fashioned, cosy atmosphere. There was beautiful linen tablecloths and napkins. The food was great quality and value. We were a table of eight and everyone loved their meal. We will definitely be back.<br/>

Ordered chicken Parma. Food was nice a bit overpriced but the service from the waiter was quite rude!! Unfortunately the food wasn't nice enough for us to turn a blind eye to the rude waiter. My suggestion is better training for the front of house staff or in particular that one guy.

We live local and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. Food was great and the servings were more than sufficient. Our 7yo son couldn't finish his kids pasta. I had the reef and beef which was cooked to perfection. The reef component was prawns, scallops, squid and fish. I had a side of their bourbon sauce for my chips. Amazing! We will definitely return

So I went there today for lunch meeting with local women networking event, to only find myself eating chips with tomato sauce. Yes chips and tomato sauce for lunch because there was no vegan friendly options available, out of the whole menu, they only had pasta (not gluten free). And to make it worse the chef wasn't accommodating of my dietary requirements, I've been in similar situations but managed to get regular menu modified to suit. It's a shame to see how unprogressive your restaurant/bistro is, and lack of empathy. I'm never coming back that's for sure...
