Sorry guys but your customer service is just Pathetic. Was there today for a catch up.We order it sit down and wait for our order to arrived. 1 Ham cheese croissant plus avocado arrived at the table cheese tomato croissant plus avocado so I said no problem just refund me the different because cheese and tomato can't cost the same of ham cheese reply was maybe and they never come back to me. Coffee was order it extra hot and arrived warm, almond croissant order it warm arrived cold and dry that make me think if was fresh from today or yesterday. For sure you will not see me again. Unfortunately in business customer service is the key.

Being a qualified chef I have a few comments regarding the food. Went here with my partner for our date day. While the coffee and Belgian Hot Chocolate was good and the atmosphere is quite lovely. There are some notes on the food I'd like to make. I ordered the Breakfast Brioche Roll. My partner ordered the Farmers Breakfast 1. The portion to price is not worth it. $18 is a little too steep for a small portioned Eggs Benedict. To which I have more points. 2. The hollandaise sauce was not that at all. It was sour and made me pull a face, I was unsure if my partner should keep eating it. I questioned them if the chef makes the sauce. To which they told me it's bought pre packaged. So I asked why it tastes sour, I know it shouldn't taste the way it did. So hearing it's a pre packaged sauce I was disgusted. Hollandaise is supposed to be rich and creamy. Not flat and sour. 3. The eggs were a little overcooked and nothing else was seasoned correctly. 4. The staff was lovely to some extent. Very nice and welcoming. I found it nice they checked with the chefs about my issue with the sauce. However it would have been nice if they possibly made another one just in case it was bad. 5. The brioche roll was quite tasty. But it did become a small mess as the bun got soggy from the grease of the bacon. I would say all up that it's a good place to try out for a date. However I don't feel it's worthy enough to go back to. Thank you for reading. And thank you to the staff for your patience and understanding today.

Vietnamese coffee is amazing. Had the Breakfast Benny with smoked salmon which was also stunning. Nice fresh new decor as well. The only downer is that you can't just walk in and sit at a table. Customers have to wait to be seated which is frustrating when it is a cafe in a mall and not a restaurant and also when there are empty tables so close, but staff are busy making takeaway coffees and you end up standing at the entrance for ages looking silly. Hopefully this process can be amended so that it feels more inviting.

It tastes very, very wonderful...it has a variety of delicious foods and hot and cold juices

Had breakfast there mother's Day. Lovely food except for first meal arrived at least 5 minutes before the second meal arrived. What leaves a bad taste is the 1'% surcharge for using a credit card. You get up and order yourself at the counter and they have the nerve to charge that fee. They must realise that soon all transactions will be electronic.

Have been here once before but wanted to try something else and bit more substantial. Ordered the big breakfast and maybe I shouldn't have expected anything at all. 2 poached eggs, small piece of toast cut in half, half a boiled sausage, 1 small piece of field mushroom cut in half, 3 pieces of cherry tomatoes, a small shallow sauce plastic ramekin of can baked beans, so maybe 25-50g and I almost forgot about the 2 little rashes of bacon. All in all under $5 worth of food being charged at $21.50. And it was served luke warm...

First time here, and woaaaaah let me just say I am so glad we had walked right up to this cafe to check it out. So many years of coming to the plaza almost everyday, and noteven realising this little gem of a place was hiding in the corner by Myers! The staff are so friendly, coffee was delicious. I had the smashed avocado with a side of halloumi and hash brown, my partner had the spinach eggs benedict which he enjoyed. Too good and filling! My new favourite cafe!!! New York cheesecake and the caramel slice which thankfully is nut free is hands down probably the best we’ve ever had! Sorry no photos of the two as I demolished them right away. Look forward to trying everything else on their menu. Beautiful little place and decor is gorgeous!

One of the 3 best coffee shop around Hoppers Crossing. Tim is very experience barista with excellent skills. No need to look for other place if you love your coffee.

I always come here for the coffee, good coffee though! Today I tried their orange choc muffin, love it not too sweet. I dislike muffins that are too sweet, this one is perfect for me.

Great place, considering it’s within a shopping centre with endless foot traffic, even better. Casual, modern set up, like you find them plentiful in and around the Melbourne and inner suburbs. Menu fits the bill with lunch and breakfast offerings, giving quite a choice. Pastries are also available. The apple, cinnamon danish warmed up, appears simple, but often less is more. We had the ocean trout as well as the smashed avocado dish. The fish came with warm kipfler potatoe salad and mixed greens. Fresh taste cooked to perfection spot. Coffee was also spot on. Away from the food courts, next to Myers there is hope it is sometimes an oasis for a cuppa and a read.

Probably the only place in the plaza where you can get a decent cup of coffee but the pastry is pretty disappointing. It certainly looks good but mostly stale. Expect to pay prices you’d pay at a nice French place like Agathe but you realise you’ve made a mistake when you bite into the 2-day old pastry.

Great vibe, but the food was average and not pleasing in appearance . The service was good but lacked attention and detail. The menu wasn't varied or original. Very neat and clean place .the coffeee is ok but not that great.

Friendly staff that were able to provide an alternative vegetarian meal for me. Lovely interior design and good little cafe in the shopping centre.

I returned here yesterday with my parents and my baby. There was something for everyone! Great coffee, really tasty food (even the vegetarian dishes- carnivore here) with good presentation. Service is always friendly too!!

Visited this cafe for breakfast on Sunday after being highly recommended, ordered the Atlantic, however asked for no salmon and spinach instead. Also ordered a strong soy latte. When the waitress finally brought my coffee over she said skinny latte, in which I asked is it soy? She blatantly lied to my face and said yes. You could see the hesitation in her face. Tasted the difference after the first sip. Then, my meal finally came out after my friend had already finished hers. Salmon on the bread and spinach on the side. I told the waitress I asked for no salmon. She just looked at me and I said I'd pick it off, to save the argument and having to wait for a new one. She blankly stared at me and said 'okay'. No apology or form of compensation from any staff. The kitchen staff were at no fault however I have never seen a more poorly run cafe with staff that have absolutely no idea what they're doing. The three staff members that I had contact with could definitely do with the extra training, as well as customer service skills. Will be giving this place a wide birth from now on.

A quick eat in the mall. Good ice coffee and hot choc. The clam spag we had turned out worse than in the pictures - the flavors were really good but the spaghetti itself was disappointing - it was soft and slightly soggy and the clams had sandy shells or hard crunchy shell bits... menu had an ok selection... and prob too pricey for the quality of food you get. The clam spag costed us $22.

My go to cafe when I go to Werribee Plaza. Best coffee in the shopping centre and great food options!! Would highly recommend. Lovely decor and friendly service

Located just outside Myer in the Pacific Werribee Plaza, this cafe is always crowded. Their coffee is excellent and simple egg on sour dough toast is just so tasty. Their service can be improved a bit with friendlier staff, and not rushing to clean table right after your last spoon.

Simple and well decorated cafe next to Myer at Pacific Werribee. The latte was great! The chicken panini was a bit dry, but still okay.
If something could be improved tho, the service was pretty quick by the young staff, but they were a bit ignorant. Said thank you to them couple of times, no replied, not even a smile. Good customer service is a small but important thing.
Probably the best coffee that you will get at the plaza. The decore in this cafe is lovely and it's a great addition to the newer part of the complex. Some of the menu items are good, some aren't. The cooked breakfasts feel like they lack something. I have had some of their pre made toasted sandwiches but they are somewhat basic and tasteless; try ordering them with a side of mustard to give them a pick me up.

The mocha here is great, as well as brownies! Chai latte is amazing as well :) Great decor and atmosphere. The coffee strength is VERY strong, so if you're sensitive to strong coffees I would recommend having coffees with milk in them for great taste :) The brownie is also warm and delish.
Sweet Chilli
A little disappointing. I had the ham hocked benny eggs and my friend had the Atlantic eggs. Perhaps I'm over overdone eggs and creamy sauces. Both dishes were on the tepid side rather than hot off the stove. Note to self no more poached eggs!

I love the decor of this cafe!! Yummy cake/ desserts. I had a cheesecake slice called 'Rose'. Delicious! Service was very prompt and the coffee was good too. Thumbs up

The rustic design of the café makes it look so adorable and cozy, the coffee was delicious, and so are the pastries and cakes 🍰. Came here with my bff and we loved it !

Looks like a little exciting cafe! Very friendly service and looks like a great selection, unfortunately in my pork belly sliders ordered, there was a black straight hair in it. So off putting upon discovery. Fortunately the staff were apologetic and honoured my request for a refund. On the plus side, before my discovery the sweet potato chips were crispy and very enjoyable!

Great little place to stop by for coffee as well as grab a bite to eat, whilst out shopping. Loved the deco and also had a great atmosphere!
