Review The Coffee Club - Werribee

5 + stars for the service from the lovely Pacific Islander lady. 4.5 stars for the food: Corn and Zucchini Fritters with Halloumi, Pancakes with ice cream, cream, berry compote and syrup, Big Breakfast, Eggs Benny with bacon. Large pineapple juice, large apple juice. 3 stars for the coffee, I ordered an almond Dirty Chai, extra hot (with more coffee than chai) and it had a weird kind of spicy taste in it + wasnt extra hot like I asked, had more of a chai taste. I was very specific about that too. All up for four meals and 3 drinks was $99.10c, so an average of $25 a person for meal and drink. Place gets busy on a Saturday morning and there is a line to order. Give it a try and decide for yourself.

Ordered a Brekkie Burger and an Iced Chocolate Mint Drink (not entirely sure if I got the name correct). The drink was a special that time so I decided to grab it instead of their Peach Lemon Iced Tea that I like. The meal is tasty and filling. The drink is enjoyable, but the mint tastes too strong for my liking. The staffs are all very helpful and prompt. However, the place can be very busy and it may take time to secure a spot.

Perfectly cooked halloumi and calamari. The chai latte is almost undrinkable though

Bad service, when I ordered coffee to have it here but they just decided to make it takeaway without telling me. Had to wait for 20 minutes just because I didn’t know it’s takeaway. The blonde girl who I asked about my order was also pretty rude like ‘it’s not my problem’, and was chitchatting for the entire 20 minutes when I was there. The others including the one who placed my order were pretty polite though (This is the Kiosk)

Seriously the worst breakfast I have ever had. The line to order took over 15 mins, the food took 48 mins to arrive. When it did we nearly laughed it was so unappealing to look at, but we were so hungry we ate it vowing never to come back again. I had gluten free toast with "smashed avocado". The cheapest nastiest gluten free bread that is out there - ONE slice only and it was tiny cut in half. Seriously come on guys, the slice wasn't even as big as my palm. The avocado was icy cold and just barely mashed with a throw of pepitas, some sliced up cherry tomato, a tiny bit of rocket with a minuscule amount of balsamic and a COLD poached tiny egg. It was bland, cold and barely sufficient. WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY. Never ever again.

It's Ok for me because they don't have Halal menu options. Tried few vegetarian options from the menu and liked all of them. service was good, tables were clean ambience of the place is also good. overall enjoyed the breakfast here

I am so angry, the Coffee club werribee plaza closes the kitchen early, so random, or just when an elderly disabled customer wants to place an additional order after having coffee and cake and my disabled son wanted a burger and chips. Such poor form Coffee Club.

Chicken Parma was just fine maybe was expecting more but but but the strawberry and pink grape fruit soda so refreshing loved it . I believe I would visit again to try more refreshing drinks
Great coffee and great cake , this outlet is a bit small and noisy when it busy, the wait staff were very attentive and friendly. Overall is enjoyable.

1/11:
Ordered skinny latte, got a regular one. Come on guys, you need to improve 😨
—————————-

I love coffee club but sad to say this outlet is not up to my expectations. Slow is serving. I ordered the Green Brunch Bowl, $18 for that is ridiculous 🥺

Smashed avo, with hashbrown and bruschetta with halloumi cheese is our favourite along with a cup of Mocha and a Chai. Its offers a great environment to catch up with friends and family. And my nephew loves the coffee club chocolate cake.

This place was recommended by my wife. The food is tasty and size of the serving is decent. The price is slightly on the high side but still reasonable. The Calamari is especially yummy! No complaints to the service.

I can't believe I've paid $16 for what was supposed to be corn and zucchini fritters which were really a couple of dry crusty rocks of flour with no taste! Not good enough! I would've given 0 but gave 1 point for the decent'ish coffee which for over $4 is another joke. I won't be going back to a place pretending to be an above average cafe!!!

The food was reasonably good but way overpriced for two adults and a kids avo at 62 dollars, everything costs extra even if it's replacing something a vegan wouldn't have like sour cream, won't be back.

Quite like coming here if ever we're at the plaza. Good coffee and their new chorizo sausage omelette thing is so lovely! Admittedly missing the hotpot now it's no longer on the menu. Staff lovely, service is very good.

I enjoyed my meal here but was a little disappointed with the size, of the poached eggs on toast as it only had two very small bits of bread but besides that if tasted lovely and i very much enjoyed my chocolate milk shake

Friendly staffs, decent latte, nice carrot cake. A good place to sit during weekdays. The place is quite crowded and noisy around weekend unless you choose to sit inside the cafe. Other than that, I guess everything pretty similar with the other coffee club branch.

The staff are extremely kind and cheerful :) The cafe and the atmosphere is very bright and cheerful as well, which gives you a pleasure to spend some time with your loved ones (it tends to be crowded at times, so if you don't mind noise, then it's a cool place to be!). The mocha which I ordered was great and normal, as well as the cappuccino which my mother ordered. Sweet at first sip, then coffee bitter in the end ~ varying experience in a cup ☕️💕

I had Salmon & Avo Stack, which has good presentation. Overall the food is good, and for me is just one of ordinary cafe in Melbourne. For Mocha, it is too light for me.

Only stopped in for coffee which was excellent. The place was packed at 10am but the service was exceptional and with a smile. Will become a regular coffee stop
