Review Bruno's Deli - Werribee

We like the olive sour dough it's a good taste. The ice cream gellatos is nice. One time we decide to buy cannoli and disappointed by the taste could be better than that for that price for sure. Taking a while to wait until someone taking our order.

An excellent old school style cafe and deli with an owner who actually cares about the customers.

Always feel good coming here either for shopping nor dinning. Everyone's so friendly.

The range of European goods is commendable; the attitude is not.

Was there to get some bakers flour but didn't like the general vibe I was getting.

My family has been going to Bruno's Deli for years. It has a great atmosphere, large range of fresh, authentic products and the best coffee in the area.
I love that I can catch up with friends, have something to eat and do my shopping all under the same roof!

Went to Bruno's today after reading reviews on here and had a great time. Went with my 13mth old daughter and the service and food were both excellent.
Had the tasting plate for 2 and bruscetta and they were delicious and substantial sizes. Will definitely go back.

Awsome. On a number of occasions I have been to Brunos Deli and have left with a smile on my face.
The staff are extremely friendly and the service is amazing. How often do you walk in a shop where the staff are happy to see you and ready to serve you.Even if you need to wait, its only a short while but the staff always acknowledge your presence.
Now the food,The arancinis are amazing but more importantly the vanilla slice.
We are definitely going back for more yummy food. Thanks Brunos Deli.

Abrupt but Ok. Sunday brunch with parents. Had toast with vegemite, olives and an egg n bacon sarni. Lattes and pot of tea. Food was nice, coffees hot- simple but good price. Lady working on the counter was abrupt verging on rude.

Service, please?. I've been to Bruno's Deli a few times, and each time I leave feeling completely underwhelmed and agitated. Though the menu is vast, and the lunch options are good-sized portions and well priced, the service is enough to drive me away.
My experience is that the folks at Bruno's are usually very friendly, but completely incompetent. I've had my coffee forgotten and/or served 10-15 minutes after finishing my meal, I've been charged a few dollars above menu prices without being told of the price increase before ordering, I've had my meal served to me well after my partners despite ordering both meals at the same time, and I've had to wait for what seemed like an eternity at the counter (I wanted to know the price of gelato) because apparently it took two people to slice a single serving of cold-cut meat.
So, there you have it. The service at Bruno's Deli is clumsy and slow, but they'll serve you with a big smile on their face.

Public holiday today. Just dropped into Bruno's Deli while driving through the town, don't live anywhere near here. Asked about gluten free food and the lovely lady said she could cook me some gnocchi with a tomato based sauce if I was happy to wait. Happy I was, and had a lovely meal without any fuss, service was great, staff were amazing, would highly recommend it. The main menu and the prices were great!

Bruno's just gets better. Tried Bruno's a year ago when I first moved into the Werribee area, it very much reminds me of italian deli/cafe's from Leichhardt in Sydney. Liked the food, loved the deli counter and enjoyed the friendly service, but the dining area was 3 tables and a bit squashed. A year on they've expanded the dining to outside and enlarged indoors, moved the fridges/freezers and put a mural up. The lovely friendly service is still there, the range of cheeses and meats is fantastic and you can pick up pasta for dinner. What's not to like? This will be one of my regular cafe stops when I'm in Watton Street. BTW hands off the ricotta cannolli, they are mine!

Great food & service, I have worked in watton st for over 5 years & always walk past never gave it a second look until recently & I have to say I missed out because this place has a great selection of delicious food & love the service always friendly.

The pizzas are yummy - crust so crispy and the toppings are so fresh ! The anti-pasti is our favourite too. The desserts are freshly made - try the cannoli cheese or custard. Prices are very reasonable here. Simply my favourite cafe in the whole of Werribee.

Great fresh authentic food for a quick bite with great customer service...I think I might have found my favourate lunch time spot.

Great Cafe. A very charming place with a wonderful atmosphere. The service is friendly and timely. There are many options to choose from and they are usually a come in good sized portions.

A great place for lunch. When I ate there I had Arancini and my friend had a fresh Focaccia and we both couldn't fault it the qulaity of quantity.

The coffee is good and goes well with the selection of dessert options. I love their Tiramisu.

Lasagna. Bruno's Deli is great little cafe and delicatessen in the heart of Werribee, which makes you feel like your in Italy. The daily specials are always changing and often keep true to their Italian heritage (and even give my Nonna's cooking a bit of competition).

I don't think I could handle not having my daily coffee and occasional cannoli from here. By far, the best coffee in the west.
