Review Quantin Binnah Cafe - Werribee

The cafe has re-opened! Today is pancake day, and they were great! So glad they chose to re-open and will be back soon.

I send my son here for vacation care and they are great. A lot of their carers are pretty young and not overly sociable with the parents but the admin staff are very helpful. Best of all they're non-profit so beat the others [namely camp australia] in price by at least $20/day. Only negative i'd say is they only have limited spaces available so you need to get in quick

The community centre in Werribee is absolutely amazing I loved the toodler room! My 2 year old daughter only went 2 days a week from feb-july 2018 & what a HUGE difference it made, love the staff in the toodler room such friendly people I never had problems & they always contacted me whenever any issues/accidents occurred. My daughter learnt so much in so little time! I was so sad to have ended her care with them, Thankyou guys soooo much for making our first experience with yous one to remember! & Also to the manager Leanne for being super helpful & understanding of our situation. & to the lovely ladies at reception!!

The 4 year old kinder program is fantastic for getting kids 'school ready'. Ms Paula & Ms Connie are amazing!! They are tough & run a structured style of learning but my daughter has thrived in that environment.

The facility is fantastic been going there for 7 years now with my children.. staff are fantastic too.. BUT the car park set up is ridiculous.. never get a car park always out on street they need to stop school parents parking in the centers carpark..there is signs bit no one obeys.. dangerous getting my kids out on busy road in the mornings..

Quantin Binnah is a Unicorn. It is a NOT-FOR-PROFIT Community Centre delivering a vast array of services. It is run by a committee drawn from the community, with great support from the Wyndham City Council. Its primary focus is its clientele, and its staff are a fabulous bunch who genuinely care no matter where they work in the organisation. QB continues to grow because it is great at what it does and its it's community at the heart of everything it does.

These guys have very poor management. Our enrollement forms (with confidential information) was found in someone's backyard. When we enquired they coldly said they will investigate and havent got back. However we did not want to make it a big issue. now for vacation care after payment and all enrollment forms that were submitted well in advance, this morning they say that they cannot take the child in care becuase the name was not listed and it was an admin fault. After proving and showing proof they finally decided to take the child, however she was very scared watching all the drama. Over all , these guys do not really care about what others feel. No apology for any stress they create.
