With full dinner mode on we reached this place and obviously i chose the unlimited thali, which came with a huge big pitcher of buttermilk 😛! They first served the various savoury chutneys and then few snacks followed by 3 curries (paneer, sev curry) aloo gobi, one mix dal, sambar type some dal with two types of breads and then 2 perfect desserts!! Every single item on that thali was good (talking from a pure vegetarian taste bud, though i love to eat non veg too) only below average item was aloo gobi or some potato curry stuff rest all amazing !! A special salute to the Roti ( Indian bread) it was out of the world!!Apart from thali we had chicken 65 which came in the sizzler plate and good serve with good taste. The politeness and behaviour of staff is certainly excellent as they attended us very warmly, repeatedly serving at table and refilling thali. Regarding pricing They must introduce non veg thali at 25 and veg can be 19 as in the same street there are buffets serving more items at 26!! But all in all yea i will definitely revisit this place and would highly recommend it!! Like I always believe you have to eat and get your own experience 😊
The food was tasty. Authentic Gujarati thali. Would surely recommend this place for a die-hard Gujarati food fan and also for someone who wants to try it for the first time.
I just want to say Delicious food with Excellent service ! Overall a good meal and great value we will certainly be going back. ... Ask Andy Annakut Indian Restaurant.                                     Thanks again
We visited Annakut today, must say we just loved the food and service
They had a decent variety of food and most of them tasted authetic and tasty
You should surely visit this place if you like gujrati food
Been to this restaurant quite a lot of times. Food is mildly spiced gujrathi food offering a five course meal. They provide a lot of variety in the thali. Nice way to get a feel of Gujrathi food. Definitely a go to restaurant when
in melbourne.
I had such an amazing time being served and eating a feast of dishes from the vegetarian set menu. The staff was awesome. They were flexible and kind enough to change an item in the menu that was not part of our dietary preferences. It's a great place to celebrate food with friend and fam!
Really nice yummy authentic cruisin, very close to my mums cooking. Great service from the staff.
Food was really nice. Great authentic Indian food. Nice and spicy.
I had Gujarati Thali from this restaurant that was very awesome and that makes me remember food from the hometown that is India and the same time service was nice and the staff was very polite.
Recently ordered food for an anniversary , food was amazing. They made with utmost care, which I can feel by tasting the food items. Also great thing is everyone who came for our party were very happy with the food.

Food was good and excellent quality. They have the actual real traditional thali and having many varieties. mango lassi is so good. This is very good family restaurant, you can enjoy with your kids.
I visited Annakut often and every visit it gives me more and more happiness with delicious dishes. Love the Concept all you can eat for just $22.90
Enjoyed our lunch on Saturday here. After reading all the reviews I wasn't expecting much but it turned out to be good experience. Lovely ambience and good staff who were attentive to our needs. Food tastes good and there is good variety
Best Indian food in melbourne. The food was great and the service was also excellent. Had a great experience here. You must visit here once.
One of the great Indian restaurants in melbourne. Menu is good and plenty of options available to choose from. The staff was attentive and the decor was authentic but the food......the food was excellent.
Very good homely Gujarati food. We really enjoyed the food here. It's quite delicious. Great service from the waiting staff.
It is good and cheap. The menu has so many items to choose from. The place is neat and tidy. The interiors are very attractive and colorful .The ambiance is good. There is no parking fee for cars and other vehicles. Many options like unlimited food and unlimited drinks .The best part of this restaurant is salads and twenty different kinds of the dessert are available there. The staff were friendly as well as they provide quick service.Even it is a best place to celebrate birthday parties.
Since I have come back from India I was looking for a place where I could get genuine Gujarati food: the search is over! Went there with friends a couple of days ago and we all loved it. The starters were delicious and the mains were very sumptuous. They pride themselves of their traditional cooking, so expect to get some real flavor (and spice!).
One of the best Indian meals I have had in Melbourne. The ambiance is nice and is clean. Service was great, though only a few tables were occupied when I got there. Food was very tasty and reasonably authentic. There were a couple of items I would have changed in the thali, (like the tamatar sev). The rotis, rotlas and tehpla were all very good and so was the khadi khichdi. One of the dessert had no Gujarati connection but was still pretty good. Even my kids, who don't really dig Indian vegetarian food, enjoyed the food. Well worth the 45 minute drive I made to get here. I hope they keep their quality as it grows in popularity. Good luck!!
