We really enjoyed our Hot chocolate Cappuccino + Chocolate mud cake. Very nice /Good customer service

Service wasn't good. Staff looked tired and disinterested, as if haven't been paid for days. The product is fine. Pricey? A little perhaps! But that's my opinion comparing other coffee outlets which also serve light snacks and cakes. Their speciality is the frappacino or frappe made from coffee and even though they're nice but are also very sugary. It's conveniently situated and competes with the likes of Starbucks and Hudson Coffee, although these are not present in Plaza.

Friendly staff and lots of variety of drinks and even cater to dietary needs such as lactose free. I go here pretty often and love their chillers.

A lady called Gabby makes the best coffee’s! Like, woah! Perfect.

Love their Very Vanilla Latte - perfect balance of coffee and vanilla sweetness.

Average coffee. Baristas never have a smile on their face . Place looks dirty as . Zero customer service

Have a good morning mood because of good customer service here. The barista lady with her smile and voice is very friendly. Coffee in Gloria jeans can’t complain and I’m actually its loyal customer.

Slowest service ever!!! I ordered a small cappuccino, then went to the donut place next to Jamaica blue grab a donut then got a cookies And cream gelato for my daughter, came back to Jamaica blue and my coffee still wasn’t made. I waited around for another few minutes. The place wasn’t even busy coffee was ok but won’t be back.

Rating: 3<br/><br/>Waiting for my friend to finish work, we head to this local store for some coffee. <br/><br/>Staff are super friendly and place is great for shopping breaks! <br/><br/>I ordered the soy chai latte and my friend ordered the cappuccino. My soy chai latte was delicious, especially with the powdered cinnamon on top. I don’t know about the pineapple-tasting buttery biscuit on the side because it didn’t go well with the drink. <br/><br/>Will come back to try their breakfast menu. <br/>

Service here is extremely slow. I cant remember when was the last time I came, that time the service was also very slow.....didn’t wanna wait today so we just ordered the lemon cake and dark choc brownies. Both cakes are too sweet for me, don’t feel too good after eating the cakes. Sugar overloaded!

Ordered a small cappuccino, service was average as the waitress kept chatting to her co-worker while serving which I thought was pretty rude 😐 the drink was okay, could be better.

The latte was alright, I asked for extra hot and they gave what I wanted. The taste a bit weak, but that probably because I ordered my latte in large.<br/>Blueberry muffin was served warm with a cream on the side, and tasted pretty good.<br/>Very friendly service from the lady at the cashier.

The older lady was friendly and made an excellent flat white thus the extra star. The young girl who served me however was completely uninterested in being there, not friendly and had zero manners. People like this can damage your reputation and your business. I will never enter this premises again. It was quite expensive too. The ice cream booth a few years away, whose name sadly I didn’t get, was the complete opposite - lovely and friendly and with delicious ice cream.

Ordered a skinny latte and warm apple crumble with ice-cream. Was brought a skinny latte with a hair, and a cold apple crumble with whipped cream (possibly from a can but not sure).<br/><br/>I see the business is advertised for sale however in the meantime, a little more concentration please.

Their chef seriously needs to benchmark to other coffee shops, for the price we pay their food quality and presentation are unacceptable. Their service was so lagged and their waitresses were rude and ignorant. We ordered the big breakfast, it took a long time...when we asked what's going on with our order, we were told that the chef had to re-do poached eggs a number of times..really??!! And when it finally got to the table, the whole things look like a mess! Very disappointing.

Not a great place to have a relaxing lunch. Place was too cramp and seats were too close for my liking. I've had better vegetarian breakfast in another Jamaica branch.

The waitress who was serving us proceeded to take it upon herself to stick her head into our pram and touch my 5 month old, who is wary around strangers, until my baby burst into tears. The waitress didn't ask our permission or consent and we found this very unprofessional, rude and downright wrong. We teach kids "stranger danger" but staff like this think it's okay to touch a child without consent?<br/><br/>I ended up having to leave without eating to settle my child down in the parents room because of this completely unprofessional and unpleasant experience. <br/><br/>The staff here should be trained not to touch customers or their children. We don't touch the stars as it would be inappropriate- same goes with touching a child you don't know! We will not be coming back and we will be making a formal complaint.

Service and coffee....very disappointing for a first-time customer. I've heard from my friend that it -was- really good and one of the likeable cafes, but these days it doesn't taste like coffee anymore.  At least they gave a free member card to register online. The cashier person was good, but the barista seemed like a total newbie ~ coffee was too cold, didn't taste like coffee and was spilled on the plate and table. The barista didn't wipe that off,..just left it there. Very disappointed for the first time, and this, in fact, is my first review and feedback just because this disappointment is so strong.. I hope they'll fix it soon because everyone would like to enjoy those offers of free coffee.

Had such a great experience here. The staff were super nice and the food was amazing! I had the chicken pesto with sundried tomatoe wrap. It was sooooo good. I would definitely go here again.

Amazing customer service. Manager is great and has good attention to detail. Meals are delicious. Coffee is good. I highly recommend for breakfast or lunch.

I've only ever ordered takeaway coffee from here so can't comment on food or sit down experience. But coffee has always been of a good standard and service relatively fast and friendly. Clean venue.
