Food was piping hot and staff was efficient. This place was properly following Covid 19 measures. Checking vaccination certificates for dining in and ensuring everybody checks in.
The staff were trying their best to be as quick as possible.
My order was incorrect and the food wasn't fresh. I was so excited to have Nandos after such a long time. I had asked for extra spicy chicken salad and fries. The chicken was bland. The salad and the fries were not fresh at all. Such a waste. It wasn't even busy.

Visited this specific branch 3rd time in a span of two months and all the 3 times found it closed way before their closing times. Everytime I went, saw the staff inside with the main doors shut and locked. Upon asking the staff about the reason of being shut, whereas the closing times were 3-4 hours
Worst meal ever from Nando’s. smallest chicken ever not just this but chicken smells & taste off, I request for extra extra extra basting….. there are no basting or sauce at all. How Can I eat this meal???? Waste of money on today’s meal. I will not recommend this place at all. 🤬🤬🤬🤬
Very bad experience. Waited for 1 hr to get the food. They are focusing to serve the Uber eats and takeaways. Also food quality is very bad comparing to other nandos. Our chicken was dry and burnt

It was bit sad experience. We ordered through website but when reached to pick up, they didn't ve the order so had to wait there. Manager was not apologetic at all, tho one of the staff was quite polite. Website says they close at 10pm but they close at 8 : 15.
