Food was piping hot and staff was efficient. This place was properly following Covid 19 measures. Checking vaccination certificates for dining in and ensuring everybody checks in. The staff were trying their best to be as quick as possible.

My order was incorrect and the food wasn't fresh. I was so excited to have Nandos after such a long time. I had asked for extra spicy chicken salad and fries. The chicken was bland. The salad and the fries were not fresh at all. Such a waste. It wasn't even busy.

Would give 0 if I could Cannot pay either by cash or card instore AT ALL?! Everything has to be ordered and payed for online and one simply does not get a choice. You get seated and pointed at a QR code and then there is no interaction whatsoever with the staff until your food comes out. What happened to placing order with a human being and telling them specifics about the meal unlike you cannot do online? Really REALLY bad business model

Visited this specific branch 3rd time in a span of two months and all the 3 times found it closed way before their closing times. Everytime I went, saw the staff inside with the main doors shut and locked. Upon asking the staff about the reason of being shut, whereas the closing times were 3-4 hours away, they always had a reason saying that they ran out of chicken. I advised them to update it on their website so we didn’t have to waste our time coming all the way and struggling to find parking just to find out that they ran out of chicken, to which the staff only had one thing to say everytime that they couldn’t do that. They even don’t have dedicated phone numbers on the website, it’s just the 1300…… number, which is useless. So, upon asking the staff if we always would have to drive all the way and find out if you guys have chicken or not, to which the staff member literally said “YES”, unfortunately that’s the only way. How unprofessional. They should be having enough stock regardless. Would strongly advise everyone not to bother wasting your times even thinking of going there. Try some other place or go to the nearest food trucks. They’re worth it.

Worst meal ever from Nando’s. smallest chicken ever not just this but chicken smells & taste off, I request for extra extra extra basting….. there are no basting or sauce at all. How Can I eat this meal???? Waste of money on today’s meal. I will not recommend this place at all. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Very bad experience. Waited for 1 hr to get the food. They are focusing to serve the Uber eats and takeaways. Also food quality is very bad comparing to other nandos. Our chicken was dry and burnt

The service at this place is excellent. The gentlemen running the foh (presumably manager??) goes so far above and beyond expectations for a plaza franchise restaurant. The table configuration inside is quite awkward. It's a real pain to navigate with a pram. It feels like there's one too many tables inside.

It was bit sad experience. We ordered through website but when reached to pick up, they didn't ve the order so had to wait there. Manager was not apologetic at all, tho one of the staff was quite polite. Website says they close at 10pm but they close at 8 : 15.
