Review Mcdonald's - Werribee

UNBELIEVABLE never had such a bad experience at McDonald’s before , I ordered a simple burger the manager was rude who knew a manager could be so rude about an order , girl at front nicely double checked the order and I was more than happy to say what I wanted , manager comes in snatches the receipt I needed to collect my order out of my hand , obviously I did not have a receipt so crew coach at front calls out numbers I ask her what the order was , it was my order , I ordered a frozen coke and a normal coke I recieved one I wanted to check if I had ordered 2 drinks or one had only went through , as I was walking away I felt dirty looks shooting at me , never again !

Once again I am giving a Mcdonalds store 1 star. How hard is it to count the items in the bag and make sure it adds up. Was missing a whole meal. How hard is it to put milk and sugar in a tea when the order clearly says to?

I had someone in Werribee, Victoria use my credit card details which they potentially got from the McDonalds app (which I have used once) on the 15th March 2022. I live in Qld and I was over 1800km away when 'whoever' collected the food (2 orders) from the McDonalds Werribee Plaza store and for the life of me, I cannot understand why McDonalds dont ask for some form of identification when an order is collected. All they do is call out the order number. Naturally I had to cancel my credit card. McDonalds have to allow use of other payment systems such as Paypal etc for online food orders to be paid with. So watch your use of the McDonalds Ap as the potential for your credit card details to to taken appears to be relatively high.

Recently brought a late lunch here. Prompt service. Not too busy the time I went. Friendly sales assistant.

The young girl there gave me my free mcflurry (their app offer) with no problems, that was great. But my mcdouble only had 1 patty! Very disappointed :( I suspect that because I ordered no onions, perhaps they took the patty off to scrape off the onions and forgot to put the patty back on? If they're going to just scrape the onions off (I'm assuming), then I don't mind ordering a regular mcdouble and just doing it myself, just thought they hadn't assembled the burger yet so could save the onion for another order instead of wasting it? I just hope this doesn't happen to anyone else. Unless you expect customers to immediately open their burgers in front of the counter to make sure everything is right, before leaving? I would have given you 2 stars, as 1 seems a bit harsh, given you gave me my mcflurry without problem, but I hope a 1 star will motivate you to make sure staff know their mistake and not repeat it. If the next few times I eat there is good service I will be happy to give 4-5 star rating.

The staff and service is a joke at this store. How many times does a customer need to ask for something an get charged for it an not receive it. Phone number don’t work. Fast food service what a dam joke
