Review Westside Pizza Boys - Werribee

I order pizza from Westside usually a couple of times a month and love the pizzas. Today I was disappointed as the crust was thinner and the topping was way less than previously. I used to lift a piece of pizza and topping would fall of the top but not anymore. The delivery time was however quicker than some previous occasions.

Have ordered risotto twice and have found hair in it each time, the manager has not been helpful and I was feeding my daughter. He accused me of lying but they don’t wear hairnets. Never ordering again.

Ordered 3 pizzas yesterday. Loved all 3 of them! All my guests were saying how delicious they were.

Ordered here a few times and always enjoyed but not this time, disappointing. Ordered the carbonara and it was like water and tough ravioli, the chocolate mousse was only tinted whipped cream 😳

Really nice tasty 😋 pizza. I’ve ordered many pizzas from here and have always been happy! Customer service is excellent and I highly recommend this pizza shop.

I was absolutely disgusted to find the food mouldy, now that’s truly too far for a restaurant to leave your establishment in the state.

Phone call was so messy and below standard i thought i had called someones house and they were having me on about a order<br/><br/>Didnt ask for name<br/>Or number<br/><br/>Answered the phone without saying where they are from<br/><br/>Arrive to all of a sudden price going up 2 bucks<br/><br/>Pizza very very average . Would not recommend at all<br/><br/>They were good a couple of years ago but something has changed and now i and a few other people i know wont go back either

Tried going here a couple of times and the experience, taste and quality was just never worth it, plus I waited half an hour longer than I was meant to, at least the delivery guy was really nice

Ordered delivery from here 2 weeks ago, the pizza took 1.5hrs to arrive and was cold. Was supposed to be 40min. Money was refunded only after asking. Called twice looking for the pizza it was on its way. Out of the oven for 40min.

Ordered a family kebab pizza here was awesome. Delivery was about an hour but I was advised that before hand anyway. Good value for money here worth a try.

Pizza and pasta was disgustly salty. Lots of better pizza availble in wyndham.

I'm usually happy with the quality, not impressed with the customer service. We received confirmation after ordering online from the store over an hour ago, when we called we were told the order had only been received half an hour ago.<br/>We're hungry. :(

Got pizza from westside pizza boys tonight, the pizza was great and they delivered it on time but the guy short changed me $20

Ordered 4 pizzas tonight and all were tasteless. Barely any sauce and the base was thin and dry. Sorry guys, I used to order from you last year and you have gotten worse :( won't be ordering from you again.

Great pizza's for what you pay. Go here often, always enjoy them although delivery can take nearly an hour and a half, no biggy, just drive there and pick up, eating in no time..

Friendly staff, free delivery good range of pizzas, my son likes the satay pizza however I think their pizza's are very bland & waited over two hours for delivery.

Their pizzas are usually tasty but it fluctuates. When they first opened the quality for the price was amazing, but it feels like they've turned it down several levels because the pizza you get is sometimes a lotto. The base changes & the quality can be lacking at times. Feels like the place is struggling. Disappointing because I really loved their pizzas & still order from them hoping to win the pizza lotto!<br/>All that said its still the best pizza joint in Werribee. Just need to lift their game.
