Review Pho Heaven - Werribee

lovely flavours. nice staff and gets quite busy. so busy we stayed for a couple hours and ended up taking food home takeaway as they didnt get made in time. but maybe in a smaller group we will get all our food as the food received was very good.

Pho is pretty average, and it is overpriced. I've tried a lot of pho restaurants in Melbourne, and this one is very ordinary and nothing special. Other pho restaurants will give larger portions for $15 and the broth is much tastier. After reading all the reviews, obviously the owner is overconfident and very narrow-minded, or let me say vindictive. He is intolerant of bad reviews and becomes aggressive towards customers who give genuine bad reviews. The extremely ordinary food, the above average prices and the low self-esteem of the owner, who is easily offended and likes to ridicule the customers, make this restaurant look very poor. I'm sure the owner would be the first to rebut my bad review as his low self-esteem makes him easily irritated, but just let me as a customer say, the pho is really just average, and it is a bit pricey. Your hostile attitude towards customers who leave bad reviews reflects the unfairness of your life experience; having someone say no to you will provoke a great deal of anger because you have not been treated well in your early years. So just find a way blame the customers to satisfy your low self-esteem with a cocky comeback. And I am sure I am not welcome to visit your restaurant again😥. Just Blame me and say your pho is number 1 in Melbourne 😄 No wonder the owner would say again “your review is false”. Anyone don’t like their pho become guilty person, and he must “correct” customers. Thank you for letting me to show my true colour to tell how aggressive the owners are, I should have bring my friends to try your pho so you could receive more than 2 bad reviews. Being a customer, Not only do I despise bad restaurants with my keyboard online, I do so in real life, just as the owner hate customers who give you bad reviews, regardless of whether they are online or offline. So let me share my experience and I will continue to make contributions to local communities. This is the review of Pho heaven: One can only praise his restaurant or the owner will turn hysterical.😂

$17 for ONLY 2 pieces of beef and 2 pieces of chicken in the broth, which is totally unacceptable for a pho lover. It is not Pho Heaven but Pho Hell. If the restaurant owner has the time to fight back every negative feedback, that will be the reason why there is no improvement in the food and the restaurant has less and less customers and popularity. The biggest restaurant scam ever. Ordered salt and pepper squid for $15and they filled the container less than quarter of it. And the worst part is that they first filled the container with some sort of dry noodles which i didn’t order initially (probably to make the squid portion look like a lot) Not ordering there ever again

The first time we have eaten here, place was packed and lots of takeaways too! It didn't stop the staff from being friendly, polite and helpful with the menu, even though they were run off their feet! Foot was delicious, hot, flavour to die for and well presented. We will be back 😁

Short review: - long wait time to order - long wait time to be served food - dont come here if your expecting to be served in a timely manner. - avoid even if you have the patience of a saint, because you wont come back to heaven after this. Long review Pho heaven is a nice little place that i can always expect two things. Long wait to take an order and a longer wait to receive food. This was the second time we’ve ordered and had to wait an unreasonable amount of time. It’s a shame because we ordered online and food was being brought out to those who ordered after me. Whilst i waited in the venue. Just to clarify: people who ordered in the restaurant got their order before me. You know you’ve been waiting a while when your looking around and others have the ‘im waiting to order/for my food’ face. Oh you too? We have that in common along with everyone else. Everything is just ‘5 minutes’ from being brought out. If the food was half decent but anything tastes good when you have the bitter taste of 1hr+ wait for an online order to pick up. Tastes like salty goodness.

Best pho in the area, very flavorsome and generous serving amount. Friendly staff. Waited 30mins for order, which is understandable due to the in-house orders, phone orders and online orders they recieve, which most customers dont put into consideration. But was well worth the wait in my honest opinion. Thank you to all the hard workers in the restaurant, the food was delicious and service was good.

Food was amazing, pork spring rolls and slice beef pho plus banana fritters was all delicious. Definitely a good place for a cold night dinner out. :)

Always fresh and full of flavour. One of my favourites. They also deliver to Manor Lakes, which is a plus. A little more expensive than some other places but is worth it.

Been here a few times and have had good experiences on each occasion. <br/><br/>The beef pho is great and comes with the usual side of bean shoots, mint and chilli. A generous portion and will fill the majority of people up easily. <br/><br/>The satay beef is also excellent. The flavours are great and well representative of a satay dish. It goes great with a side of rice.<br/><br/>From a price point, it appears that the majority of the dishes are priced slightly on the higher side, if comparing to the prices usually seen at Vietnamese restaurants in say Footscray. However, from a quality and taste point of view, the prices are justified. <br/><br/>Overall, a nice little Vietnamese eatery in Werribee. Good to know we don’t have to drive to Footscray or St. Albans to get some nice Vietnamese.

Good service. The food is better than we expected. Quite big portion of meat. It’s good to have a bowl of noodle soup in a cold autumn night.

My wife and I are disabled pensioners and she is in a wheelchair. We decided to come from Melton by taxi to try Pho Heaven. We had booked a table and were introduced to our table by Daniel the owner. We were treated with absolute respect like members of their own family.<br/>Kim ordered combination soft egg noodles. When it came out, it was the largest serve I have ever seen. I ordered crispy chicken egg noodle pho. Beautiful flavour and a large enough bowl. I ordered also a rare beef Vietnamese coleslaw for us to share. It was the first Vietnamese coleslaw we had ever had but I tell you all, it won't be the last. It was absolutely beautiful. Full of flavour. We has some of the coleslaw & combination left over so we brought that home to have for supper.<br/>We had to wait 45 minutes for our taxi to take us back to our nursing home in Melton. Daniel the owner waited with us til our taxi arrived. From the time we arrived til we left, we chatted and he shook my hand 4 times. A most agreeable fellow. It cost me $72 for the taxis but I tell you it was worth every dollar. We will definitely be back again in the near future.<br/>

Both food and service were excellent. Happy to recommend this place to others. Good value for money. Easy parking. unpretentious ambiance with good selection of dishes

This would have to be the worst food I have ever eat. Stuffed up our order. Food tasted off and to top it off my partner pulled a small plastic bag out of her food. We alerted staff and left immediately.

Went here to give it a go, we didn’t want to drive all the way to St. Albans, sunshine or Footscray. Food was pretty good. Pho was a bit bland for me but my partner liked the way it was. My son had the rice which was normal. And the flat noodle was good with lots of meat and veggies. Friendly staff.

Friendly and attentive staff. Accommodating to dietary requirements, we got vegan pho (biggest bowl I’ve had!), lemongrass tofu and spring rolls! Best Vietnamese in Werribee. Don’t need to travel to St Albans or Footscray anymore!

I recently decided to try this new establishment and I must say I was pleasantly impressed. I ordered the chicken spring rolls and the salt + pepper chicken ribs. Both dishes had amazing flavour and the servings were very generous. I really enjoyed the fish sauce which accompanied the spring rolls!<br/>While waiting for my order, I had a pleasant chat with the owner, who’s sole priority was bringing excellent quality Vietnamese cuisine to Werribee. I must say he’s done exactly that. I will definitely be back!

I’ve been sadly disappointed by most Pho places recently and had almost given up on trying new places. I’m so glad I didn’t!! I ordered a Beef Pho and it is up there with some of the best I’ve had. <br/>The service was good and the owner was very polite and kind. Will be going back :)

Delicious food. The staff are very friendly. Loved all the dishes especially the bbq pork with wonton egg noodle soup and the beef pho- yum. Definitely will be back for more

The very BEST Vegetarian Pho I've ever had! I've had vegetarian pho from around Melbourne, and this place really takes out number 1. Both the broth and noodles were on point. I highly reccomend this place for everyone, a great place to have lunch/dinner with friends or family.
